Dichvusocks (dichvusocks.net) sells access to shared SOCKS5 proxies by the count, and it is trading normally. Its terms say the proxies are "obtained from various sources, including publicly shared and network scanner services". A plan of 50 proxies a day costs $8 for 30 days, paid in crypto only. Its name is Vietnamese for socks service, and daily limits reset at midnight GMT+7. The footer says 2012, while dichvusocks.net was registered in July 2015. Until at least November 2021 the shop ran on dichvusocks.us, which now shows a parking page offering the domain for sale.
How Dichvusocks works
You buy a number of proxies, not traffic or addresses. A daily plan lets you pull a set number of SOCKS5 proxies every 24 hours for 15 or 30 days, and an unused allowance does not carry over. A credit plan gives you a fixed number of proxies with no end date: 50 credits buy 50 proxies.
Every customer draws from the same random pool, and on 27 September 2026 its counter showed 688,437 proxies online, 170,798 of them in the United States. It promises no country, city or ISP: its FAQ says it "only provides random SOCKS5 proxies", and an address can change "depending on the actual conditions of the devices, without prior notice".
Proxies connect as IP and port with a whitelist of your own address, or with a user name and password on some of them. A Windows and Mac client and an API sit behind the login.

Its own FAQ does the math: the $5 plan is "only $0.33 per day for access to 50 SOCKS5 proxies over 15 days". Prices rose since 2021: 50 a day for 30 days cost $5 then and costs $8 now, and a year of 50 a day went from $50 to $88.
The fine print
Where the proxies come from. Its terms say "publicly shared and network scanner services": open proxies taken from public lists and from network scanners, shared by every customer.
Short lives. Its FAQ says a proxy can go dead "in just a few minutes" or last "a few hours". There are no static IPs, and nothing keeps the same address for an hour or a day.
Quality, in its own words. The FAQ lists "slow speeds, rapid bandwidth depletion, proxy or port leaks, high anonymity but also high fraud/risk scores, excessive blacklisting". It advises the $1 test before anything larger.
Blocked sites and banned uses. Government, financial and email sites such as PayPal and Outlook are often blocked through its network. The terms ban spam, hacking, carding and DDoS, close mail ports 25 and 587, and forbid reselling and automated checkers.
No refunds, crypto only. "All sales are final", and payment goes through BTC, LTC, DASH, ETH, BCH or USDT only. An account activates after one blockchain confirmation, "about 2 hours or longer".
One user per account. Only one login session is allowed, and the rest-limit feature requires two-factor login.
Who runs it. No company, address or country appears on its pages. Scamadviser, an automated checker, rates its trust score "rather low": it counts the hidden owner, the crypto payments and "mainly negative reviews" that it does not name.
Where Dichvusocks is stronger
Cost per address. At $8 for up to 1,500 proxies over 30 days, one address costs about half a cent. Per-gigabyte pools bill data, not addresses, so they price a different thing.
A very wide spread. Its counter showed hundreds of thousands of addresses across many countries, if your task tolerates random ones.
A $1 test. One day of 50 proxies costs a dollar, paid in crypto.
Tools. It offers a Windows and Mac client and an API for pulling proxies.

Payment. We take cards, Alipay and thirty-two crypto options.
Where we are behind. We sell nothing priced by the proxy count. For a task that needs thousands of addresses for a few seconds each and tolerates dead ones, a count-based plan is a different bargain.

Who Dichvusocks suits
It suits a buyer who needs many throwaway SOCKS5 addresses for a short task, pays in crypto, and accepts dead, slow or blacklisted proxies as part of the price.
It suits you less if you need a country, city or ISP, a session that holds, UDP, a card payment, a refund, or a stated source for each address.
Before you commit
Buy the $1 test first, as its own FAQ advises, and read its FAQ and terms before paying. Download the client only from dichvusocks.net, since the site calls other domains counterfeit. Our proxy checker shows whether an address answers, how fast, and from where, whoever sold it.

The limits of this review
We did not test the Dichvusocks network, so this page makes no claim about speed or success rates beyond what its own FAQ says. Its client, API and order pages sit behind a login. Trustpilot refused our reader, and we found no independent review we could read.
