Also accepted, without a page of their own
BNB, AVAX, POL (Polygon), DAI, Bitcoin Cash, DASH are all enabled at checkout. They are grouped here rather than given their own pages because a page per asset would repeat the same four paragraphs, and there is no version of that which is useful to read.
What we do not take, said plainly
Solana, Dogecoin, TON, Monero and Stellar are not enabled, and XRP is not offered. PayPal is not supported either. We would rather name them here than let you register, reach checkout, and find out then. If you hold one of these, the practical route is to swap into USDT or USDC, which between them run on nine networks.
Why the minimum differs by method
Card processing carries a fixed cost per transaction on top of a percentage, so a very small card charge costs more to process than it is worth. That is why the card floor is ten dollars and the crypto and Alipay floors are three. If you try to pay below a floor, the charge is raised to it and the entire amount is credited to your balance, so you are never charged a fee for nothing.
FAQ
Paying for proxies, answered
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, Alipay, and thirty-two crypto assets and networks including USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX, BNB, AVAX, DAI, Bitcoin Cash and DASH. You can also pay from your existing HProxy balance, which is what a top-up funds.
What is the minimum payment?
Ten dollars by card, three dollars for crypto and three for Alipay. If you try to pay less than the floor, the charge is raised to it rather than rejected, and the whole amount is credited to your balance.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You fund a balance and spend it on whatever you need. The balance does not expire and nothing renews unless you deliberately set up a recurring plan.
Can I pay with Solana, Dogecoin or XRP?
Not at the moment. Solana, Dogecoin, TON, Monero and Stellar are not enabled, and XRP is not offered at all. USDT and USDC are available on nine networks between them, so there is almost always a cheap route from whatever you hold.
Do you ask for identity documents?
Not for a top-up. Card payments are handled by the payment processor and we never see the card itself.
Which method is cheapest to use?
A stablecoin on a cheap chain. USDT on Tron and USDC on Base both cost cents to send. Ethereum mainnet works but the gas to send it can be a real share of a small top-up.
