LumiProxy (lumiproxy.com) is trading. On 27 September 2026 it sold residential proxies by the GB and by the IP, unlimited residential proxies by the day, and ISP, static and datacenter proxies. We could not read its prices. Every amount on its price pages is filled in by the browser, and the text a server sends shows "$0/GB" next to an "80%OFF" badge. Its rules are readable: sticky sessions of up to 30 minutes, blocked government, finance and PayPal sites, narrow refunds and Hong Kong law. The alternatives table prices five sellers whose rates can be read, on the same day.

The homepage claims "90M+ real IPs in 195+ locations, any city worldwide, and 50 US states". A residential sticky session keeps one IP for "up to 30 minutes" before it switches. The site runs in nine languages.
The fine print that decides the bill
- Blocked sites. "Since 2023, we have blocked government websites, financial websites, gray websites, and PayPal websites."
- Refunds. Only "new users who purchase proxies through our customer support", within 14 days. "Unlimited data plans are not refundable." Static residential proxies are not refunded either, and "Customers who paid with cryptocurrency are not refundable."
- A free test. "Contact customer service and we can give you a free test."
- The contract. Hong Kong law and Hong Kong courts. The service agreement also allows "balance freezing" as a penalty.
What we could not check
- The prices. They load from hidden addresses in the page script, which we did not call, and our browser test on the server could not start. Archived copies back to December 2023 show the same blanks.
- Review pages that print prices disagree. One lists $0.80 a GB with no date; another lists $5 a GB with a 2 GB minimum, updated in April 2026. We could not check either against LumiProxy.
- Who runs it. No page we read names a company, and Scamadviser reports the owner hidden in the domain record.
- Reviews. The Trustpilot page refused our server, and the Internet Archive holds no copy of it. Scamadviser rated the trust score "average to good".
- The network. We did not buy from it.
Where LumiProxy looks stronger
- Unlimited traffic by the day, for jobs that move a lot of data through few connections.
- Per-IP residential, next to per-GB.
- A free test on request.

- You want to see prices before you sign up: any seller in the table.
- You need one IP for longer than 30 minutes: our Premium sticky sessions last up to 24 hours, and a static ISP IP costs $2.70/IP per month.
- You need city or ISP targeting: our Premium pool at $1.49 for one GB, or DataImpulse at its double rate.
- You scrape finance or government pages: LumiProxy blocks them, so pick another seller.

The limits of this record
We never saw a LumiProxy price, and we did not buy from it. The pool size and speeds are its own claims. If its prices become readable as text, this page is due for a rewrite; otherwise, for a check by 27 December 2026.
