Trust & safety
Report abuse & IP removal
HProxy publishes a free, continuously verified list of public proxy servers. If an IP address on that list is yours and you want it removed, or if someone is misusing our service, this is the page for it. We read every message and act quickly.
Remove my IP address
An address on the free proxy list is yours and you want it taken down. We remove it on request under Art. 21 GDPR, no questions beyond confirming it's yours.
Request removalReport misuse
Someone is abusing HProxy, or traffic you received points back to us. Send the details and evidence and our trust & safety team will investigate.
Report abuseHow the free proxy list works
Every proxy on the list is aggregated from publicly available sources. We do not scan, port-scan or collect these IP addresses ourselves, and we store nothing about the devices behind them beyond what is needed to show whether the proxy is currently reachable (live status, latency and uptime). The list is provided as-is, with no warranty, for lawful use only.
An IP address combined with its location is personal data (EuGH C-582/14, “Breyer”), so we publish it on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering a free, transparent proxy directory (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). That interest is balanced against your rights, which is why removal is always available on request.
Requesting removal of your IP
Email [email protected] and include:
- 1The IP address (and port, if you know it) you want removed.
- 2Brief confirmation that the address is yours or under your control, for example reverse DNS, a WHOIS record, or the hosting account it belongs to. This stops us from acting on someone else's address.
- 3Optionally, whether you want a one-time removal or the address kept off the list permanently.
We remove confirmed addresses promptly, usually within one business day, and reply to confirm. Because the list is rebuilt continuously from public sources, a permanent block is the reliable way to keep an address off it for good.
