Yes, and they apply on their own: Residential Premium goes from $1.49 to $1.00 per GB at 1,000 GB+, and Residential Lite goes from $0.50 to $0.44 per GB at 2,000 GB+. Per-IP products are priced by country and period, and the dashboard shows the exact price before you pay.
