No. The advertised rate is the price of a single unit: one gigabyte of residential traffic, one datacenter or ISP IP, one gigabyte of mobile traffic. You do not have to reach a volume tier to unlock it, which is the difference between a real entry price and a headline number that needs a five-figure order sitting behind it. Card and crypto do carry a payment-processor floor of $10 and $3. Pay less than that and we charge the floor, credit every cent of it to your balance, and the balance never expires, so nothing is lost. Paying from balance has no floor at all.
No. Every product is pay as you go: top up a balance and spend it on whatever proxy type you need. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again or switch on auto-renew for a per-IP plan.
On bandwidth, yes, and they apply on their own: Residential Premium goes from $1.49 to $1.00 per GB at 1,000 GB+, and Residential Lite goes from $0.50 to $0.44 per GB at 2,000 GB+. Per-IP products (datacenter and static ISP) are priced by country and period instead, and the dashboard shows the exact price before you pay. Mobile and rotating ISP are one flat rate per GB.
