ISP proxies,static and yours.
ISP-grade IPs carry the trust of a home connection at datacenter speed. Take them rotating, billed per gigabyte with a fresh IP on every request, or as a dedicated static IP you hold for as long as you keep it.
That is the price for one GB. No minimum order, and no volume commitment to unlock the rate.
Why ISP
Residential trust, datacenter speed
An ISP proxy is an address a real internet provider registered, hosted where the connection is fast and always on. Rotating by the gigabyte, or held as one static IP.
- Registered to an ISP
- Datacenter uptime
- Rotating per GB
- Or static per IP
Dedicated static ISP
One fixed IP, held while you own it
Need an address that never changes? A dedicated static ISP IP is yours for as long as you keep it, billed per IP with unlimited bandwidth through it, country picked at purchase.
- One fixed IP, the same visitor every day.
- Renew in one click, or let auto-renew keep it yours.
Why ISP
The best of both networks
Residential trust and datacenter speed, rotating by the gigabyte or held as a static IP.
Residential
Real ISP trust
Datacenter
Full speed
ISP proxy
Trusted, fast, rotating or static
Residential trust
Every IP sits on a real ISP's range, so sites see a genuine home connection, not a cloud server.
Datacenter speed
Hosted on fast, stable infrastructure for full port speed, with none of the jitter of a real home line.
Rotating, by the gigabyte
A pool of ISP exits with a fresh IP on every request, billed per GB. You pay for the traffic you move and nothing more.
Or static, by the IP
Prefer one fixed address? Hold a dedicated static ISP IP for as long as you keep it, with unlimited bandwidth through it.
Also available
Dedicated static ISP
Need one fixed address that never changes? A dedicated static ISP IP is yours for as long as you keep it, billed per IP with unlimited bandwidth through it. It is the tier for accounts and long sessions that must live on the same trusted IP.
- One fixed IP, held while you own it
- Unlimited bandwidth, no metering
- Country picked at purchase

If something goes wrong
What happenswhen a proxy stops working.
Every provider works on a good day. This is what we do on a bad one, and it is measured rather than guessed.
You report the IP
One button in your dashboard, on the proxy itself: it does not work, or it is in the wrong country. No ticket to write and no description of the symptom to get right.
We test it live, not from a status page
The check runs through the proxy from our own network with your credentials: HTTP CONNECT first, SOCKS5 second, twelve seconds each. The supplier's own uptime flag is ignored, because it has been wrong on a proxy that passed both tests.
If it answers, we tell you what to fix
You get the result of a test that ran seconds ago and the port to use. A port or protocol mix-up is the most common real cause, and guessing at it in a chat window wastes your afternoon.
If it fails, it is replaced automatically
A verified failure, or an IP our location data places outside the country you bought, is swapped at the supplier automatically, and the new address appears in your dashboard. You can report a proxy twice in twenty-four hours, which is enough to check your own fix without hammering the tester.
You can also issue a new username and password for any single IP yourself, without waiting for support. The new login works immediately. The old one keeps authenticating at the gateway for about three minutes after it is revoked, which matters if you are rotating because a credential leaked.

ISP proxies: one address that stays yours
Residential trust on a static address. The IP does not change for the whole term, so logins, carts and accounts see the same visitor every day.
- Registered to an ISP, so it carries residential trust.
- Static for the term, renewable from the dashboard.

Ask supportWhat is an ISP proxy?+
An IP that lives on a real internet provider's network but runs on fast, stable infrastructure. Websites see the trusted residential ISP while you get datacenter speed. HProxy offers ISP two ways: a rotating pool billed per gigabyte, and a dedicated static IP billed per IP.
What is the difference between rotating and static ISP?+
Rotating ISP is a large pool of ISP exits: every request can come out of a fresh IP, and you are billed for the gigabytes you move. Static ISP hands you one fixed address that never changes and that you hold for as long as you keep it, billed per IP with unlimited bandwidth. Rotating suits volume and changing footprints; static suits accounts and long sessions that need the same trusted IP.
How is an ISP proxy different from residential?+
Both carry residential trust. Residential IPs come from real home devices; ISP IPs sit on ISP ranges hosted for datacenter speed and stability. Rotating ISP works much like residential but on ISP-grade IPs, while static ISP holds one address for as long as you own it.
How is an ISP proxy different from datacenter?+
Datacenter IPs sit on known cloud ranges that tough targets fingerprint and block. ISP IPs sit on real consumer ISP ranges, so they pass as ordinary home connections while keeping datacenter speed.
How is ISP billed?+
Two ways. The rotating pool is billed per gigabyte, so you pay for the traffic you move. A dedicated static IP is billed per IP with unlimited bandwidth through it, so a fixed address that never changes costs a flat rate rather than being metered.
Which locations are available?+
US and EU ISP ranges, with more regions added over time. Country targeting is included on both the rotating and the static product.
What do people use ISP proxies for?+
Anything that benefits from a trusted, stable IP: managing multiple accounts for your own brand, keeping long research or dashboard sessions on a single address, ad verification, price and market research, and collecting public data from sites that block datacenter ranges. Static ISP keeps one identity on a single address, while rotating ISP spreads trusted traffic across a pool.
How much do I buy?+
For rotating ISP, size your GB balance to how much traffic you expect to move. For static ISP, one IP per identity you want kept separate: roughly one address per account or small group of accounts. Rotating scales by adding gigabytes, static by adding IPs.
How reliable are ISP proxies?+
They carry the same residential trust signal as a home connection, so they behave far more consistently than datacenter ranges that get filtered in bulk. Used at a normal pace, an ISP IP delivers stable, reliable sessions, which is why they hold accounts and long logins so well.
