MarsProxies (marsproxies.com) sells residential, ISP, datacenter and mobile proxies, and its terms name the operator as Comet Tech Inc. of Panama. Every price below comes from its own pages, read on 27 September 2026, and we compare them with what we recorded in August. For the comparison, jump to the alternatives table.

What MarsProxies sells
Residential proxies. A pool it puts at 1M+ IPs in 190+ countries, with city or state targeting and sticky sessions of up to 7 days. It says the IPs come from partner devices that opted in, without naming the partners.
ISP and datacenter proxies. Dedicated static IPs with unlimited bandwidth, rented for 1, 30 or 90 days.
Mobile proxies. A dedicated 5G, 4G or LTE IP with unlimited data, which can rotate every 10 minutes, rented from a day to 90 days.
Free tools. It also offers browser extensions, phone apps, an IP lookup and a proxy checker at no charge.

Plans of 90 days take 10% off ISP and datacenter and 15% off mobile, and a datacenter IP for a single day costs $0.99, by its FAQ.
The residential tiers match what we recorded on 3 August 2026, with one change: the $2.30 tier is now 500 GB, where it was 700 GB. The homepage headline has moved too: in August it advertised $3.49 a GB, a rate no tier matched, and now it says "Gets as low as $1.65/GB", which is the 10,000 GB plan.
The fine print
Refunds are rare. Its terms make fees non-refundable, with one exception: a service that is inactive or defective in its first 24 hours and cannot be fixed that day. Crypto payments are never refunded.
No trial. Its FAQ says there is no free trial and points to the smallest purchase, 1 GB for $4.99.
Two discount figures. The residential price page says "Save up to 67%" at the top and "up to 54%" further down. The 67% matches its own table, from 1 GB to 10,000 GB.
Who you deal with. Comet Tech Inc., registered in Panama and bound by Panamanian law, which takes payment through CoinGate, Paddle, Stripe and Alipay.
Where MarsProxies is stronger
Long sticky sessions. It can hold one residential IP for up to 7 days, for accounts that must keep one address.
IPs by the day. You can rent a datacenter IP for $0.99 or a mobile IP for $8.49 for a single day.
Unlimited-data mobile. A dedicated mobile IP with no traffic limit, for jobs that move a lot of data.
Where HProxy differs

City targeting from one gigabyte. Premium, our pool with state, city and ISP targeting, costs $1.49/GB for one gigabyte, against $4.99 for 1 GB at MarsProxies.
By country for less. Lite targets by country at $0.50/GB for one gigabyte, and purchased gigabytes have no scheduled expiry date, as with MarsProxies traffic.
Static addresses by the week. A static ISP address costs $2.70/IP and a dedicated IPv4 address $1.58/IP for a month, and both can be rented for a single week.
Mobile by the gigabyte. Rotating mobile traffic, targeted by country, costs $1.50/GB, for jobs that move little data.
A company in the German register. Our imprint names the company behind HProxy, registered in the German commercial register.
Where we are behind. Our Premium sessions hold for up to 24 hours, not 7 days, and we rent nothing by the day.

Who MarsProxies suits
It suits a buyer who wants residential traffic that never expires with long sticky sessions, or who needs datacenter and mobile IPs for a day at a time.
It suits you less if you want a refund after testing, city targeting at a lower price per gigabyte, or a company registered in the European Union.
Before you commit
Buy the smallest amount first, since the refund window covers only a service that fails in its first day. Our proxy checker shows whether an address answers, how fast, and from where, whoever sold it.
The limits of this review
We did not buy a MarsProxies plan or test its network. Its pool size and uptime are its own claims, and its pages print only a headline for the one-day ISP price. The prices were read on 27 September 2026.
