Novada.com alternatives: nine residential sellers priced, and the record behind Novada (2026)

Novada sells residential proxy traffic in 30-day plans: $50 for 25 GB, $235 for 100 GB, $1,300 for 1 TB, plus a one-time $10 for 10 GB for new users. Its headline rate of $1.30 per GB needs the 1 TB plan, and its 50 GB plan costs more per GB than its 25 GB plan. The advertised starting rate doubled in 13 months, from $0.65 to $1.30. In one year its pages named three companies. The first was a Hong Kong firm whose name also appeared on three brands of the IPIDEA network, the second another Hong Kong firm, and since October 2025 the footer names Novada Labs GmbH in Frankfurt. For 100 GB in one month, four of nine sellers we priced the same day cost less, from $78 at Proxy-Cheap to $225 at Webshare.

Novada's prices on 14 October 2026

The price page loads its plans from Novada's own server after the page opens, so we asked that server the same question the page asks. Seven residential plans came back, each valid for 30 days and renewed each month by card unless you cancel. Each is shown beside a higher "original" price, from $46 for the 10 GB offer to $1,500 for 1 TB.

Two 25 GB plans would cost $100 against $130 for one 50 GB plan, if Novada sold them that way; its page offers top-ups but does not price them. The $1.30 headline belongs to the 1 TB plan alone, and the page files the 300 GB to 1 TB plans under "Enterprise". The page accepts cards and "10+ crypto", and the terms add a one-time free trial of 100 MB.

How the price moved

The home page has always led with a "starts from" rate for its largest plan. It read $0.70 with "50% OFF" in March 2025 and $0.65 in July and September 2025, with $1.25 struck out in September. From October 2025 it read $0.85, with $1.30 struck out in the copies of January and April 2026. On 14 October 2026 it reads $1.30, with $1.50 struck out. The new-user offer moved too: "$15 for 5GB" in October 2025, "$10 for 10GB" from April 2026. So did the network it claims: "100M+" residential addresses in March 2025, "80M+" in July 2025 and "100M+" again from October 2025, in "220+" locations or countries and regions through 2025 and "195+" countries and regions in 2026.

The fine print: 30 days, and 24 hours

The FAQ on the price page sets the clock: "The validity period of the package is 30 days from the date of purchase." Novada sends reminders three days and one day before the end, and traffic left over carries forward only if you renew in time.

The refund policy gives "Full refunds" within 24 hours of purchase "provided the product has not been used", and 12 hours for packages of 24 hours or less. It refuses refunds once traffic has been used and after a package expires, and asks for every request by email within 24 hours. The terms of service say something shorter: "except as determined by this website, all purchases are final transactions and refunds cannot be requested." The refund policy also says support conversations are logged and archived for 36 months after the contract ends.

The terms may ask you to "complete an identity verification process" and to explain "the intended use of the proxy and the content/services to be accessed", after which Novada runs "background checks". They place the contract under German law. Their court clause names "Bonn Local Court (Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main)", two cities in one court, and the same for the regional court.

Who runs Novada: three company names in a year

The domain is older than the business. novada.com was registered in October 2010, and in 2018 it carried a parking page that said "This website is for sale!". The first readable copy of the proxy site in the archive dates from March 2025, claiming a self-built pool of more than 100 million "ethically sourced" residential addresses.

The company in the footer changed twice in six months. In the archive's copies, the about page of March 2025 and the footer of April 2025 name "Hongkong Guangling Mdt InfoTech Limited". The copies of May to August 2025 name no company. The copy of 1 September 2025 names "HALO DATALABS LIMITED" at an office in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. From the copy of 9 October 2025 on, the footer names "Novada Labs GmbH".

The German company

Today's imprint gives Novada Labs GmbH at Neue Rothofstraße 13-19 in Frankfurt am Main, registered at the Frankfurt local court as HRB 142569, with a German VAT number. OpenCorporates' copy of the German register lists the company as currently registered and shows its founding date and its one officer only to logged-in users. The imprint names one person as the legal representative; nothing we read ties that person to the two Hong Kong names.

The Hong Kong name Novada shares with IPIDEA brands

Hongkong Guangling Mdt InfoTech Limited is a name we had met before. Our records of the IPIDEA network show it in the footer of PIA S5 Proxy from August to October 2022 and of LunaProxy in October 2022. It was in the footer of ABCProxy in July and October 2023, with an address at 89 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai. All three are on the list of brands Google published in January 2026 when it moved against the IPIDEA network; Novada is not. OpenCorporates' copy of the Hong Kong register lists a company of that name under number 2746103. No record we found says what the company did for PIA S5, LunaProxy, ABCProxy or Novada, and we found HALO DATALABS LIMITED in no register we could read. Nine alternatives, priced the same day

We priced 100 GB of residential traffic in one month, for a new customer, on each seller's own price page on 14 October 2026, before VAT. Where a seller sells by plan, we took the plan that covers 100 GB; where it sells by rate, the rate times 100.

Who stands behind each, from the records on our company pages:

• Proxy-Cheap: its contract names no company; its trade marks belong to UAB Lietparkas of Vilnius. $1.20 a GB from 4 GB, $0.78 from 51 GB.
• DataImpulse: its terms name Softoria LLC of Florida. $1 a GB, and "Unused GBs never expire."
• Rayobyte: a trade name of Blazing SEO, LLC of Colorado. Its residential pay-as-you-go runs from $3.50 a GB under 50 GB to $0.50 from 5,000 GB.
• Webshare: sold to Oxylabs in 2022. Monthly plans from $3.50 for 1 GB to $1.40 a GB at 3,000 GB.
• Decodo: run by Data troops, UAB in Vilnius. Monthly plans from $3.75 a GB at 3 GB to $2.75 at 100 GB, $4 a GB pay as you go.
• SOAX: SOAX LTD, a UK company formed in 2019. Its prepaid credits expire 60 days after they are added on a monthly plan or its no-fee Sandbox, 12 months on an annual plan.
• NodeMaven: NodeMaven FZ LLC of Ras Al Khaimah. Unused traffic "always rolls over to the next billing period".
• Bright Data: controlled by EMK Capital. $8 a GB pay as you go, $4 with its 50% code for three months.
• Oxylabs: Oxylabs, UAB of Vilnius. Plans of $30, $100 and $500 a month, at $6 to $4 a GB.

At 10 GB and at 1 TB

At 10 GB, Novada's regular route is its 25 GB plan, since the $10 offer is for new users once. DataImpulse's smallest regular top-up is $50 for 50 GB, and those gigabytes do not expire. SOAX sells 10 GB on its Sandbox at $5 a GB in credits, which its checkout prices. At 1 TB, Novada's $1,300 undercuts Webshare, SOAX, Decodo and Oxylabs, while Rayobyte, Proxy-Cheap and DataImpulse charge less.

Where HProxy fits

Which one to pick

• Proxy-Cheap or DataImpulse if the price per GB decides it; DataImpulse keeps unused traffic.
• Rayobyte for falling rates as volume grows, from $2 a GB at 50 GB to $0.70 at 1,000 GB.
• Webshare or Decodo for monthly plans from sellers with long public records.
• NodeMaven if unused traffic must roll over on a monthly plan.
• Novada at 1 TB a month, where its $1.30 rate applies, if a 30-day clock suits you and you have read its company record.

What we could not find out

Novada's plans come from its server and not from its page, so the archive cannot show its older plan tables; the price history above follows the home page's "starts from" rate. We could not read who owns Novada Labs GmbH, HALO DATALABS LIMITED or Hongkong Guangling Mdt InfoTech Limited. The German register's copy shows its details to logged-in users, and the Hong Kong register's searches sit behind a captcha and a fee. We bought nothing and tested no network, so nothing here measures speed or success rates. Prices are those a new customer in the United States saw on 14 October 2026. We plan to read them again by 14 January 2027.
