Their own description, read this week
On 9 September 2026 the site introduced itself as "Novada, Web Scraping Solutions & Proxy Network for Business". The description they publish for search engines reads: "The all-in-one platform for web data collection. Scrape, unblock, and access ready-to-use datasets,powered by a residential proxy network in 195+ countries."
The rest of what the page puts in writing:
The product lines named on that page are residential, datacenter, ISP or static residential, mobile, IPv6 and a scraping or SERP API. They advertise 195 countries or locations. Payment methods mentioned: crypto and cards. The page offers some form of free trial. Support is advertised as around the clock. A refund or money-back term is mentioned. Their pricing page is titled "Residential Proxy Pricing & Plans, From $1.3/GB, Novada".
Those are claims, and claims are free. They earn their place here only because the date makes them checkable later.
How far back the record goes
The domain was registered on 2 October 2010, through Aceville Pte. Ltd, which makes it about 15 years old. The lookup behind those dates ran on 9 September 2026. As things stand the domain is held to 2 October 2027.
This proves nothing about the product. It is a cheap check against the one failure mode that costs buyers real money in this market, which is paying a provider that will not exist in six months.
What Novada publishes
A crawl of 7.891 pages returned 379 blog pages, 40 pricing pages, 856 location pages and 54 use-case pages.
The number is not a compliment or a criticism. It describes how much of their effort goes into being found, which is worth knowing when you are weighing a marketing claim against a measurement.

Our crawl of their site found 7,891 pages carrying a date, 379 of them articles. The oldest is from December 2024 and the newest from August 2026. 6,756 of them carry a date inside the last twelve months.
Read that as a liveness check rather than a review. It says the lights are on, and nothing about whether the proxies work on your target.

Why the pool number is the least useful figure
The number that matters is how many usable exits you can reach in the one country your job needs, this week. A pool total averages that away, which is why two providers with similar totals produce opposite results on the same site.
What the starting rate leaves out
A starting rate is a marketing number. What you pay depends on the tier your volume lands in, the minimum purchase, and what happens to traffic you bought and did not use. An expiring balance quietly raises the price of every unit you did consume.
A commitment is part of the price
The lowest published rate in this market usually sits behind a monthly commitment measured in thousands. Quoting it beside a pay as you go rate is not a comparison. Compare the rate you can reach today.

The measurement that outranks every review
This costs less than a coffee and produces the only evidence that applies to your workload.
- Put a few dollars on each account. Trials are fine for a first look, but paid traffic is what you will actually be buying.
- Run them against the site you actually care about, using the code you actually run, within the same hour.
- Record the success rate and the data consumed for the identical batch on each side.
- Check some of the addresses yourself for country, ASN and type before you trust the label on the plan.
- Keep the winner, and repeat the whole thing quarterly, because pools age.
