OwlProxy is trading at owlproxy.com, a provider whose site first appears in the archive in June 2025. It sells rotating residential traffic by the gigabyte, from $2.64 a gigabyte on its smallest pack, and static IPv4, IPv6 and ISP proxies by the period. The $0.70 a gigabyte it advertises needs a 5,000 GB order, while traffic never expires and new users get 200 MB free. The like-for-like residential prices are in the alternatives table.

It is a young provider with a named company in its privacy policy. The pages differ on several points, from the pool size to the free trial, and the table of prices below is the part to read closely.
What OwlProxy sells, and what it costs
Its help center lists five proxy types: IPv6/32, dedicated IPv4, shared IPv4, static ISP residential and dynamic residential. Static proxies "are charged by subscription duration with unlimited traffic during the valid period". Dynamic proxies are charged by data, and "Purchased traffic never expires".

A dedicated IPv4 address cost $1.76 for 5 days, $3.52 for 30 days, $6.16 for 60 days and $9.68 for 90 days. IPv6/32 addresses start at $1.05 for 30 days. The shared IPv4 card reads as low as $8 a month, without saying for how many addresses. The static residential and mobile cards print no price until the page runs its scripts. Its help center adds that "Each zone offers 2 pricing levels", so the country changes the price.
The homepage promises geo targeting "across most countries and cities worldwide". All types support SOCKS5, HTTP and HTTPS. The site also offers an Android app and tools for cloud phones.
The fine print that decides the cost
No refund terms. The user agreement, updated on 21 May 2025, has a heading "Refund Policy". The text under it covers the term of the agreement and termination, not refunds.
Termination at will. OwlProxy "has the right to suspend or terminate your account or service at any time for any reason", and its liability "will not exceed the purchase price you paid".
The free start is small. New users can claim "200MB of traffic". Its own blog posts tell it differently: one describes "the longest free trial (7 days)", another "a free trial with 500 MB of data".
Payment is not spelled out. The public pages we read name no payment method, so check the checkout before you plan around one.
Contact. Support runs through email, Telegram, WhatsApp, a QQ group and Facebook. The agreement names a Gmail address for terminations.
Where the IPs come from, and what it claims
OwlProxy says its dynamic proxies are "real private residential IPs" routed "through real user devices rather than datacenters". It says its static ISP proxies are "active IP addresses allocated by global ISPs". The pages we read describe no consent program for the devices.
Its pool claims differ by page. The homepage description says "50M+ high-quality IPs across 200+ regions". The help center says "over 50 million dynamic proxies and 10 million static proxies". The homepage mobile card says "66 million global mobile IP pool". One of its blog posts speaks of "a massive 15M+ IP pool". We did not measure any of them.
Its help center also says the purchased addresses "are destroyed and never resold" once they expire.

Its Google Play app showed 3.5 stars from 48 reviews and more than 10,000 downloads on 26 September 2026. Its Trustpilot page answered our server with a verification wall, and no archived copy exists, so we give no Trustpilot figure.

OwlProxy advertises city targeting, and on our side that is Premium, $1.49 per GB for a single gigabyte. Lite targets by country only. Both are on our residential price table.

Where OwlProxy is the better buy
Traffic that keeps. Its residential traffic never expires, like ours, and unlike plans that reset each month.
Short static rentals. A dedicated IPv4 address for 5 days, at $1.76, suits a short job.
Many languages and a mobile app. The site runs in fourteen languages and has an Android app with 200 MB to start.
Where HProxy is the better fit
Small orders. You can buy a single gigabyte: $0.50 per GB on Lite, which targets by country, or $1.49 per GB on Premium, which adds state and city targeting. The smallest OwlProxy pack is 2 GB and works out at $2.64 a gigabyte.
ISP targeting. Our Premium pool, $1.49 per GB for a first gigabyte, targets an AS number together with a country. The OwlProxy pages we read describe country and city targeting, rotation and zones, not targeting by network. The carriers are on our ISP targeting page.
Written refund terms. Our refund policy returns unspent balance and unrouted residential traffic within 14 days of purchase. The OwlProxy agreement has a refund heading with no refund terms under it.
Clear payment. Our payment options page lists cards, 32 crypto assets and networks, Alipay, Pix and more.
Before you commit
Claim the free traffic and put your own job through it before you buy a pack. Then buy the smallest pack at two providers and divide what you spent by the requests that came back correct. Our free proxy list and proxy checker help you check an address first.
The limits of this record
We did not measure the OwlProxy network, so nothing here grades speed or success. The pool sizes, uptime and success figures are its own claims, and they differ between pages.
The residential and IPv4 prices come from the data its homepage loads, read on 26 September 2026; we checked them against the prices printed on its cards. Static residential and mobile prices were not printed. Its Trustpilot, G2 and SourceForge pages refused our server, so no third-party rating beyond Google Play is given. This page is due for a check by 26 December 2026.
