There is no price in this comparison because we do not have one we can date and attribute. What follows instead is the set of questions that decide the cost once you do read their page.
When you do read it, note four things: the rate you actually qualify for today, the minimum purchase, whether unused balance expires, and whether failed requests are billed. Those four decide the real cost more than the headline does.
The site, as it reads today
The title tag on 9 September 2026 was "Novproxy,Pure and Best Overseas Residential IP Service Provider". Their own summary of the product runs: "Certified data scraping and ASN providers,With fast and purest residential IP, free trial."
Also on the page, stated plainly:
The product lines named on that page are SOCKS5. The page offers some form of free trial. Support is advertised as around the clock. A refund or money-back term is mentioned. Their pricing page is titled "Best overseas dynamic residential traffic plans,just $0.4/GB.".
That is the vendor speaking, not us. We print it because a claim with a date attached is at least falsifiable.
How long Novproxy has been trading
The domain was registered on 20 October 2024, through Cloudflare, Inc, which makes it about 1 year old. We pulled that from the registry on 9 September 2026. The current registration term ends 20 October 2026.
This proves nothing about the product. It is a cheap check against the one failure mode that costs buyers real money in this market, which is paying a provider that will not exist in six months.

Our own crawl reached 170 of their pages. The mix was 114 blog pages and 12 pricing pages.
The number is not a compliment or a criticism. It describes how much of their effort goes into being found, which is worth knowing when you are weighing a marketing claim against a measurement.
How recently the site moved
Our crawl of their site found 170 pages carrying a date, 114 of them articles. The oldest is from February 2026 and the newest from February 2026. 170 of them carry a date inside the last twelve months.
Read that as a liveness check rather than a review. It says the lights are on, and nothing about whether the proxies work on your target.
What a pricing page leaves out
The comparison that is not a comparison
Work out what your job actually consumes, in gigabytes or in concurrent addresses, before you look at any price. Without that number, no two quotations in this market can be compared at all.
Who else is using your address
An address you share carries the reputation of everyone else on it. That is acceptable for some work and fatal for anything involving a login. The price difference between shared and dedicated usually reflects exactly this.
Ask whether failed requests are billed
Some vendors bill every request, some bill only successful ones, and the difference is the whole comparison once a target starts blocking. A cheap rate with a fifty percent success rate is twice its advertised price.

The measurement that outranks every review
This costs less than a coffee and produces the only evidence that applies to your workload.
- Fund both accounts with the least money each will accept, and note what that minimum was, because it is part of the comparison.
- Aim both at the page that matters to you rather than a test endpoint, and keep every other variable fixed.
- Write down two numbers per provider: the share of requests that succeeded, and the traffic it cost.
- Take a handful of the addresses you were given and verify their country and type against a checker you do not control.
- Keep the winner, and repeat the whole thing quarterly, because pools age.
