What Novproxy sells
Residential traffic. Rotating or sticky IPs with sessions of 1 to 120 minutes, targeted by country and city, from a pool it puts at 100M+ IPs. The traffic never expires.
Static ISP addresses. Exclusive IPs in 35 country entries, in a native or a cheaper broadcast grade, rented for 7, 30 or 90 days.
Unlimited plans. Unlimited traffic by bandwidth, from 100 to 400 Mbps, or by port, rented from a few hours to 30 days.
Short-term residential IPs. IPs sold one by one, each usable for up to 6 hours, targeted by country, state, city and ASN, with no expiry on unused IPs.

A US static ISP address costs $1.80 for 7 days, $4.00 for 30 and $10.00 for 90. The cheapest 30-day entries cost $3.20, in the broadcast grade for Mexico, Germany, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Unlimited traffic costs $38.33 a day at 100 Mbps, or $1,150 for 30 days, up to $111.30 a day at 400 Mbps. Short-term IPs cost $5 for 35, down to $2,800 for 100,000, which is $0.028 each.
The fine print
Headlines that match no price. Its residential page title promises "$0.4/GB" and its static ISP page "$3.0/month", but the price lists start at $0.47 and $3.20.
Refunds, with fees. Its refund policy says it generally gives no refunds once the service is delivered, and credits unusable IPs back to your balance. A refund to the original payment method loses 5% on cards, 3% on Alipay or $2 on USDT, and only the first refund can take that route.
Who you deal with. GUANG XUN YONG YAO LIMITED, under Chinese law, with disputes heard in the courts where Novproxy is registered. Its footer reads NOVPROXY.INC and says the service is not offered in mainland China.
A trial with no stated size. The homepage offers a free trial, and no page we read says how much it includes.
The domain was registered on 20 October 2024, and its terms date from 12 August 2025.
Where Novproxy is stronger
City targeting at volume. Its residential traffic includes city targeting, from $1.10 a GB at 2 GB down to $0.47 at a terabyte.
Short-term IPs by the thousand. A thousand residential IPs cost $60, for jobs that need a new address for each task.
Unlimited plans. Traffic by bandwidth or by port, with no gigabyte meter.

By country, from one gigabyte. Lite targets by country at $0.50/GB for one gigabyte, where the smallest Novproxy plan is 2 GB at $1.10 each. Purchased gigabytes have no scheduled expiry date, as with Novproxy.
Longer sessions. Premium, our pool with state, city and ISP targeting, costs $1.49/GB for one gigabyte, with sessions from 3 minutes to 24 hours against 120 minutes at Novproxy.
Static ISP for a month. A static ISP address costs $2.70/IP for a month with us, against $4.00 for a US address at Novproxy.
A company in the German register. Our imprint names the company behind HProxy, registered in the German commercial register, and we take cards, Alipay and thirty-two crypto options.
Where we are behind. With city targeting, Novproxy costs less per gigabyte than our Premium pool at every size, and we sell no short-term IPs and no unlimited residential plan.

Who Novproxy suits
It suits a buyer who moves hundreds of gigabytes with city targeting and wants the lowest price per gigabyte, or who needs thousands of short-lived residential IPs.
It suits you less if you want sessions longer than two hours, a refund after testing, or a company under European law.
Before you commit
Take the free trial before you pay, since delivered orders are rarely refunded. Our proxy checker shows whether an address answers, how fast, and from where, whoever sold it.
The limits of this review
We did not buy a Novproxy plan or test its network. Its pool size and success rate are its own claims, and its full price list is visible only to signed-in accounts, so the prices here come from its public pricing pages.
