NodeMaven is a proxy seller that went online in April 2023. Its terms name NodeMaven FZ LLC, a company in a free zone of Ras Al Khaimah, and since July 2026 they choose the law of the United Arab Emirates. From August 2024 to June 2025 the same terms named AAA Abmer OÜ, which carries the Estonian company form but is not on the Estonian register today. Its own pages name Stan Sadokov as chief executive. No record we read names an owner or an investor. What follows is the record, oldest first. Prices and alternatives are on our NodeMaven review.

We read every record on 10 October 2026. They include the Estonian business register and tax office, the US and international trade mark indexes, US court records, the certificate logs, and the network registries. The rest came from the Internet Archive and from the pages of NodeMaven and Multilogin.
The story, oldest first

Filled markers stand for records from a register, an archive or a public database. Open markers stand for NodeMaven's own claims.
Before the shop: a placeholder in 2018
The name is older than the shop. In August 2018 the address showed a two-line page titled "Node Maven": "Hi. This site would be ready soon." The registry's current record of nodemaven.com starts on 2 April 2023, so that earlier registration had ended by then.
The new owner moved fast. The first certificate for the domain was issued on 2 April 2023, about an hour after the registration. A GitHub organisation called nodemaven followed the next day. On 5 April 2023 the archive caught the domain showing a default page of the Django web framework: "The install worked successfully!"
June 2023: a shop built on one promise
The first archived shop page is dated 27 June 2023. Its pitch was quality, not size: "We are the first proxy provider to prioritize IP quality above all else". It promised that "95%+ of our IPs have clean records" and offered access to "5+ Million Premium Residential IPs" in "300+ Cities Across 21+ Countries".
Sessions were the second promise. The page said its IPs were "guaranteed to last at least 4 days". It supported only HTTP at the time.
The prices were one-time packages in euros. The smallest gave 5 GB for €35, or €7 a gigabyte, and the largest 500 GB for €1,750, or €3.50. A trial cost €3.99 for 500 MB.
On where its addresses came from, the page answered: "All of our proxies are ethically sourced from both ISPs and real devices." It added that every party sharing an address "consented" and was "financially rewarded". The testimonials came from affiliate marketers. One wrote: "Since we churn and burn through accounts, we usually get 10-12% of long lasting assets."
Two weeks later, new numbers
The promises changed within a fortnight. The capture of 11 July 2023 said sessions "last up to 24 hours", not four days. The same page now offered "1400+ Cities Across 150+ Countries", where 21 countries had stood two weeks before. SOCKS5 support appeared by 8 November 2023.
The terms of that first year cannot be read. From June 2023 to March 2024 the terms page loaded its text from an outside policy service, and the archive kept no copy of the words. No company and no law can be named for those months.
A remote team and a founder without a name
A careers site went up in September 2023, by its first certificate. Its archived copy of January 2024 describes a fully remote, international team. It says NodeMaven "was created by a founder with a history of launching and running successful startups in the VPN and proxies industries". It gives no name.
The open roles were an operations manager, a lead for the Go development team, a Go developer and an affiliate manager. By February 2025 the same site claimed 30+ team members from 10+ countries, and 30% "Month-over-month product growth".
August 2024: AAA Abmer OÜ in the contract
The first terms with a company in them carry the date "Last Updated 13/08/2024". The archive holds them from 18 August 2024. They begin: "These terms of service are entered into by and between You and AAA Abmer OÜ, d/b/a NodeMaven". OÜ is the Estonian form of a private limited company.
That version chose "the laws of Estonia" and "the courts of the Country of Estonia". Citizens of the EU, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland kept the law and courts of the place they lived. All payments were "in EUR", through PayPal, Stripe, Coinbase or BTCPay. The privacy policy of the same months named the same company.
The Estonian register does not list a company of that name today. Its open data holds every live, liquidating and bankrupt company with its former names, and none has ever been called AAA Abmer. The register's own search finds nothing either. Both leave out companies that were struck off, which our test with three struck-off companies confirmed. So the records cannot tell whether AAA Abmer OÜ was struck off or never registered under that name. Estonia's tax office lists no taxpayer of that name for 2022 to 2026.

Autumn 2024: from 5 million to 30 million
The pool claim stayed at 5 million for more than a year. The price table said "5M+ Worldwide" in March and August 2024. On 2 October 2024 the same table said "30M+ Worldwide", while a line above it still offered access to a "5 million IP pool".

By December 2024 the homepage claimed "30M+ Residential IPs", "250K Mobile IPs" and a "99.54% avg. success rate". Prices became monthly plans: 5 GB for €30 a month, or €6 a gigabyte, down to €3.40 a gigabyte on a €1,700 plan. No page we read explains the jump in the pool claim.
On 31 October 2024 Multilogin, a maker of antidetect browsers, published a review of NodeMaven on its own blog. Antidetect browsers let one person run many separate browser profiles. In January 2025 the archive caught a NodeMaven pricing link tagged "utm_source=Multilogin", a tracking label that names Multilogin as the source of the visit.
July 2025: a free-zone company in Ras Al Khaimah
The contract changed hands in the summer of 2025. The terms archived on 2 June 2025 still named AAA Abmer OÜ. The copy of 1 July 2025 named "NodeMaven FZ LLC", and the privacy policy that day began "At NodeMaven FZ-LLC". By August the terms carried a new date line, "Last Updated 09/07/2025".
The law did not move with the name. For another year the terms kept "the laws of Estonia" and its courts, under a company the later terms call incorporated in a free zone of Ras Al Khaimah.
The proxy gateway got its own name in the same month. The first certificate for gate.nodemaven.com is dated 7 July 2025. On 10 October 2026 that name pointed to five addresses on OVH's network in the United States.
2026: dollars, a new law and a named chief
PayPal left the contract first. The terms listed it until at least 1 October 2025, and by 17 December 2025 it was gone. The prices followed: by 15 February 2026 the pricing page showed dollar plans. By 8 March 2026 the trial cost $3.50, and the smallest plan $8 a month at $4.00 a gigabyte.
The law changed on 9 July 2026, by the date on the new version. It chose "the laws of the United Arab Emirates" and the rules of "the relevant free zone in which NodeMaven FZ LLC is incorporated", with disputes before "the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah". The version of 23 July 2026 kept both.
The company named its chief on its own pages. An author page says: "Stan is the CEO of NodeMaven, with more than 10 years of experience in anti-bot technology, web scraping, and data collection infrastructure." His update post of 21 September 2026 described a Scraping Browser for subscribers and six free test tools. It also said: "Customers selecting Russia at checkout can pay with supported Russian-issued cards or YooMoney, subject to current payment availability."
On 10 October 2026 the About page said "NodeMaven was founded in 2023". It counted "10,000 active paying customers" and "40+" team members, after "5,000 active paid users" in 2024. It dates the launch of mobile proxies to 2025, although the homepage claimed "250K Mobile IPs" in December 2024.
Who NodeMaven is connected to

| connection | what the records show, and what they do not |
|---|---|
| NodeMaven FZ LLC | In the terms since 1 July 2025, incorporated in a Ras Al Khaimah free zone by those terms. Not shown: its owners, officers or licence number. |
| AAA Abmer OÜ | In the terms from August 2024 to June 2025, "d/b/a NodeMaven". Not shown: any entry in the Estonian register today. |
| Multilogin | NodeMaven lists it among the tools its proxies work with, Multilogin reviewed NodeMaven in October 2024, and a 2025 link carries a Multilogin tag. Multilogin's privacy policy names its operator as Eyes of Wonder Software LLC in Dubai. Not shown: a shared owner, officer or company. |
| GeeLark, Dolphin Anty, AdsPower, BitBrowser | Endorsements on NodeMaven's About page; the archive holds 23 of its partner pages filed under antidetect browsers. Not shown: any ownership. |
| Stripe, Coinbase, BTCPay | The payment services in its terms; PayPal until late 2025. Not shown: anything beyond payments. |
| its suppliers | The terms speak of "suppliers" and their "Supplier Restrictions". Not shown: who they are. |
| OVH and Cloudflare | The gateway sits on OVH's network, the website behind Cloudflare. Not shown: anything, since both serve many companies. |
A review site writes that NodeMaven is "run by the people behind Multilogin". We found no register, tax, trade mark or court record that supports this. Our Multilogin page covers that company, and who owns your proxy provider maps the groups we could trace.
NodeMaven in court and in the registers
We found no US court record that names NodeMaven. CourtListener's index of federal dockets, filings and opinions had no result for "nodemaven", "node maven" or "AAA Abmer" on 10 October 2026. The same search for another proxy brand returned 12 dockets, so the search worked. We did not search courts in Estonia or the UAE.
No trade mark is on file for the name. The TMview index, which joins the EU office, WIPO and national offices such as the UK's, found nothing for NODEMAVEN. Neither did the US trade mark office. In the same check both found the DECODO marks of another proxy brand.
NodeMaven also has no network records of its own. Neither RIPE nor ARIN, the European and North American registries, holds an object under its name.
What NodeMaven sells today, in short
NodeMaven sells residential and mobile proxies from one pool at one price, plus ISP proxies and a Scraping Browser. On 27 September 2026 traffic cost $3.75 a gigabyte on a 20 GB monthly plan, or $4.50 pay as you go. The smallest monthly plan costs $8.50 for 2 GB, and the trial $3.50 for 750 MB. ISP proxies start at $2.99 an address. It advertises $2.20 a gigabyte for custom plans above 1,000 GB a month.
The fine print does not agree with itself. A help-center article of 24 December 2025 promises "a pro-rated refund policy" for the unused part of a subscription. The terms of 23 July 2026 say: "Subscription purchases are non-refundable." Crypto payments are refunded only in USDT.
Identity checks show the same split. The help center says: "At the moment, KYC is not required to use our services." The terms let it ask, at any time, for proof of identity, "beneficial ownership" and "source of funds".
On sourcing, the 2026 pages say its residential IPs are "vetted and pre-filtered". They say it "sources its mobile IPs directly from real devices on genuine carrier networks". The terms speak of the "suppliers" behind its pool and name none. Full price tables are in our NodeMaven review, and HProxy vs NodeMaven sets the two side by side.
What customers report over time
| archived | score | reviews |
|---|---|---|
| 14 November 2025 | 4.5 | 94 |
| 16 January 2026 | 4.5 | 91 |
The Internet Archive holds only these two copies of NodeMaven's Trustpilot page. The count fell by three reviews between them while the score held at 4.5. In February 2025 its careers site claimed a 4.8 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot, for a date the archive did not capture.
Is NodeMaven legit?
The records describe a working business with a short and changing paper trail. The domain, its certificates and its shop date from 2023, and the prices and terms are public. The terms name the company, its law and its courts, and its own pages name its chief executive.
Three gaps stand out. No record names who owns it. The company in its 2024 contract is not on the Estonian register today. And its help center and its terms give different answers on refunds.
If you are looking elsewhere
- If you want a contract under EU law, note that NodeMaven's terms chose UAE law and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah in July 2026. HProxy's terms choose German law.
- If you buy in small, uneven amounts, HProxy's Lite costs $0.50/GB with no plan, and purchased traffic has no expiry date. Our NodeMaven review prices five other networks side by side.
- If you want to check addresses you already have, our free proxy checker tests HTTP and SOCKS proxies from any provider, with no sign-up.
What we could not find out
- Who owns NodeMaven FZ LLC. UAE free-zone registers are not public, and the federal register did not answer our server.
- What AAA Abmer OÜ was. It is not on the Estonian register today. A paid register extract would show whether it was struck off or never existed under that name.
- Who sold NodeMaven from April 2023 to August 2024. The terms of that year came from an outside service, and the archive kept no text.
- Whether the Multilogin team runs it. A review site says so; no record does.
- Which suppliers provide its addresses. The terms mention suppliers without names.
- Why the pool claim rose sixfold between August and October 2024.
We bought nothing and tested no NodeMaven proxy, because our rule is to read and never to buy. Prices, terms and staff numbers change fast, so we will check this page again by 10 January 2027.
