Luxury Socks (luxurysocks.net) sells single SOCKS proxies from a list you search by country, city and ZIP code, paid from a balance you top up in cryptocurrency. Its app calls them "IOT based socks". No company is named on the site, and it has no terms, privacy or refund page. Everything below comes from its web app and the lists it shows visitors, read on 27 September 2026. How it works
You sign up with an email address, top up a balance in cryptocurrency, and search a list of proxies. Each listing shows the city, ZIP code and ISP, the first half of the IP address, its speed and ping, and flags for four block lists. You buy one proxy at a time for the price on its row, and a "RE-PURCHASE" button buys the same one again. New users get a free test through its support account on Telegram.
What Luxury Socks charges
These are the first 100 listings of its US and German lists, read on 27 September 2026.
| list | listings in total | most common price | range on the first page |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | 25,241 | $1.60, on 80 of 100 | $1.12 to $2.00 |
| Germany | 3,081 | $1.60, on 80 of 100 | $1.12 to $2.00 |
Each listing also carries a traffic figure of 1,024 or 4,096 and a second price of $0.24 to $0.80, which the app does not explain. The site says nothing about how long a purchased proxy stays yours.
Where the IPs come from
Its app describes the stock in one line: "IOT based socks, stable and fast, best online guaranteed. DNS may vary. Linux TCP fingerprint." IOT stands for the internet of things, the connected devices in homes and offices such as routers and cameras. The site does not say whose devices these are, how it reached them, or whether their owners agreed.
It publishes no terms, no privacy policy and no refund policy, and it names no company. A buyer therefore cannot tell from the site where the traffic will leave from or with whose permission, so ask the seller before you buy.
The name, and how the site changed
In October 2024 the site carried the title "LuxSocks", the name of luxsocks.ru, an older SOCKS shop whose domain is now parked. Our page on LuxSocks.ru covers that shop. The app now calls itself "Luxury Socks", and we found no source that says the two share an operator.
The domain was registered on 5 October 2023, and the archive shows an earlier registration in December 2021, as a page with no text. The site showed a bare web server in January 2025 and has been titled Proxy Store since July 2025.
Where Luxury Socks is stronger
One address by ZIP code. You pick a single IP by city, ZIP code and ISP from a list, and see its speed and block-list flags first.
A small first purchase. One proxy from $1.12, with a free test for new users.
Where HProxy differs
We sell proxies too, so read this part as the account of a competitor. Every HProxy fact here comes from our own product code and pages.
A named company and written terms. Our imprint names the company behind HProxy, and our terms and refund policy are published on the site.
City targeting by the gigabyte. Premium, our pool with state, city and ISP targeting, costs $1.49/GB for one gigabyte, with sessions held from 3 minutes to 24 hours.
A fixed address by the month. A dedicated static ISP address costs $2.70/IP for a month, rented for a week, a month or three months.
Payment. We take cards, Alipay and thirty-two crypto options, and we ask for no documents at sign-up or at an ordinary checkout.
Where we are behind. We do not sell single addresses picked from a list by ZIP code.
The alternatives, side by side
Static residential addresses, one at the smallest buy. Every figure except the Luxury Socks row is the price of a full month, read on 26 or 27 September 2026 from the page of each vendor.
| provider | smallest buy | price |
|---|---|---|
| Luxury Socks | one listed proxy | $1.12 to $2.00, time not stated |
| Arnproxy | 1 US static ISP address | $2.50 a month |
| Proxy-Cheap | 1 static residential IPv4 | $2.71 a month |
| Byteful | 1 static ISP address | $3.50 a month |
| Buypersonalproxy | 1 ISP address | $5.99 a month |
| 911Proxy | 1 static ISP address | $6.90 for 30 days |
| HProxy static ISP | 1 dedicated address | $2.70/IP a month |
Our reviews of Arnproxy, Proxy-Cheap, Byteful, Buypersonalproxy and 911Proxy cover their terms in full.
Who Luxury Socks suits
It suits a buyer who wants to pick one address by ZIP code for a short job, pays in cryptocurrency and can work without written terms.
It suits you less if you need to know where an IP comes from, want a company to hold to account, or need a written refund policy.
Before you commit
Ask its support on Telegram how long a purchased proxy lasts and how it obtains its IPs, and keep the answer. Use the free test before topping up, since a crypto deposit cannot be reversed. Our proxy checker shows whether an address answers, how fast, and from where, whoever sold it.
The limits of this review
We did not buy from Luxury Socks or test its proxies. Everything here comes from its web app and the lists it shows visitors, read on 27 September 2026, and its counts are its own. The prices are those of the first 100 listings in two countries, not of the whole list.
Every figure here carries the day it was read, and this page is due for a check by 27 December 2026.
