Proxy-N-VPN (proxy-n-vpn.com) sells private and shared IPv4 datacenter proxies, proxies packaged for social media and ticketing, and VPN accounts, and says it was founded in 2012. On 27 September 2026 its site showed our reader only a Cloudflare check, so every price here comes from copies in the Internet Archive, the latest from 7 May 2026. What Proxy-N-VPN sells
Private proxies. Dedicated IPv4 datacenter addresses for one user each, with unlimited bandwidth and 1,000 Mbps servers. Its homepage of May 2026 lists data centers in 26 US cities, among them Los Angeles, New York, Dallas and Miami. It adds nine European cities, from London to Warsaw, plus Tel Aviv, Tokyo, São Paulo and Montreal.
Shared proxies. US datacenter addresses used by up to 3 users at a time, sold in packs of 10 to 1,000.
Packages by use. Social media, ticketing, classified ad, shopping, gaming and SEO proxies. Its social media page calls these "virgin proxies never been used before to any social media networks".
VPN accounts. Its shared VPN started at $3.50 a month and its private VPN cost $6.50 in August 2025, and we compare only the proxies here.
What Proxy-N-VPN charges
Its live pages were closed to our reader, so these prices come from Internet Archive copies of its product pages. The private cards below are from 15 August 2025.

The homepage of 7 May 2026 still showed $2.58 a month for private proxies. Shared proxies cost $11 for 10, $91 for 100 and $710 for 1,000 a month, or $0.71 each (August 2025). Social media proxies cost $2.80 for one and $245 for 100 a month (April 2024).
The fine print
A refund window with many exclusions. Its refund policy of December 2025 offers "a 3-day money back guarantee". It does not apply if the proxies were used for Craigslist posting or social media account creation. Nor does it cover "Scraping or automated web submission procedures", game bots, or "clothing or sneaker websites". Its homepage sells private proxies for "high-volume scraping", yet a buyer who scrapes has no refund window.
Renewals. "Renewals are non-refundable", and a cancellation must reach it at least one day before the renewal date, and no unused part of a month is refunded.
Support hours. The package cards promise "24/7 Full Support". Its service level agreement of June 2025 gives email support around the clock, but live chat only from 10:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Who you deal with. No company name, address or registration number appears on the pages we read. The terms are "governed by the laws of the State of Delaware", and any dispute is to be "brought in Wilmington, Delaware".
How Proxy-N-VPN changed
The domain was registered on 10 August 2012. In December 2014 the homepage title read "Tweet adder, demon proxies | Twitter Social Networks Proxy | Senuke | VPN", with private proxies from $1.39 a month. By 2019 the title spoke of private proxies for social media and SEO, and the private card read $2.35 a month. From 2023 that card read $2.58, the price it still showed in May 2026.
In April 2025 its datacenters page listed 90,702 proxies at 44 locations in 17 countries, 70,222 of them in the US. Its private proxies page of August 2025 claimed "over 250,000 dedicated IP addresses in management", a figure that table does not reach.
Where Proxy-N-VPN is stronger
US city choice. Datacenter addresses in 26 US cities by its own list, which helps with local results.
Shared proxies in bulk. $0.71 a proxy at 1,000, for work that can live with up to 3 users on each address.
Packages by use. Social media, ticketing and classified ad bundles, and VPN accounts from the same shop.
Where HProxy differs

One dedicated address for less. A dedicated datacenter IPv4 address costs $1.58/IP for a month, from one address, against $2.58 for one private proxy at Proxy-N-VPN. We also rent it for a week or for three months.
IPv6 and rotating traffic. IPv6 addresses cost $0.10/IP for a month, from ten addresses, and rotating IPv4 is billed by the gigabyte.
Residential, ISP and mobile on one balance. When a target blocks datacenter ranges, Premium, our residential pool with state, city and ISP targeting, costs $1.49/GB for one gigabyte. A static ISP address costs $2.70/IP for a month.
A named company. Our imprint names the company behind HProxy, registered in the German commercial register.
Where we are behind. Our datacenter addresses are chosen by country, not by US city. We sell no packages sized for social media or ticketing, and no VPN.

Who Proxy-N-VPN suits
It suits a buyer who wants US datacenter addresses in a chosen city, shared proxies in bulk, or proxies and a VPN from one shop. That buyer should not need a refund for scraping or social media work.
It suits you less if you want a company you can name, prices you can read on its live site, or chat support outside weekday office hours.
Before you commit
Its site blocked our reader, so check the current prices at its checkout before paying. Read the refund exclusions against your own use, since scraping and social media sign-ups void the 3-day guarantee. Our proxy checker shows whether an address answers, how fast, and from where, whoever sold it.
The limits of this review
We did not test the Proxy-N-VPN network, and its live site showed us only a Cloudflare check. Every price and rule here comes from Internet Archive copies of its pages, from April 2024 to May 2026, and may have changed since. Its location list and proxy counts are its own claims.
Every figure here carries the day it was read, and this page is due for a check by 27 December 2026.
