ProxyWing (proxywing.com) is trading. On 27 September 2026 it sold residential proxies on two plans, with traffic that never expires. Standard cost $2.50 for one GB and fell to $1.00 a GB at 10,000 GB; Premium ran from $6.00 to $1.80. Country, city and ISP targeting come with both plans. It also rents ISP, datacenter and mobile proxies. Its terms name Travchis LLC, at an address in Middletown, Delaware. It runs no free trial, and it refunds only a fault on its side, reported within 14 days, that support cannot fix. The alternatives table prices five sellers, read the same day.

Between those ends, Standard costs $1.88 a GB at 100 GB and $1.50 at 1,000 GB. Premium costs $4.80 and $3.30 at the same sizes.
It offers "70M+ residential IPs across 190+ countries" on the two plans, in its words. Both include country, city and ISP targeting, over HTTP or SOCKS5. The difference is control. A static session holds one IP for up to 1,000 minutes on Standard, and up to 7 days on Premium. Premium also adds more ports, traffic logs and IP skipping.
The ISP proxies add SOCKS5 with UDP and OS spoofing. The mobile proxies cover 15 countries, support UDP, and rotate by timer, link or button.
The fine print that decides the bill
- No trial. "ProxyWing does not run free trials, demos, or trial periods."
- Refunds. "All fees paid for Services provided by ProxyWing are non-cancelable and non-refundable." The one exception is a fault on its side, reported within 14 days, that support cannot fix.
- Renewals. ISP, datacenter and mobile plans renew by themselves. An invoice appears 14 days before the renewal date. An unpaid service is suspended a day after the due date and ended after six.
- Identity checks. Its own comparison table says "No KYC, instant start". The terms add that payments "may require additional documentation", such as photo ID.
- Payment. Crypto, cards, PayPal, Klarna, WeChat, Kakao Pay and UPI, with some payments run through Paddle.
Where ProxyWing is the stronger choice
- Long sessions. Premium holds one IP for up to 7 days; our Premium sticky sessions stop at 24 hours.
- Targeting on every plan. City and ISP targeting come with the cheaper Standard plan too.
- Mobile by the day. Its mobile proxies come with unlimited traffic and UDP.
- Ways to pay. It takes PayPal, Klarna, WeChat, Kakao Pay and UPI next to cards and crypto.

The two residential models are close: both bill by the gigabyte, and neither lets gigabytes expire. The gap sits in the price of targeted traffic and in how long one IP can be held.

Which one to pick
- You need one IP held for days: ProxyWing Premium, or a static IP such as our static ISP at $2.70/IP per month.
- You need city or ISP targeting at volume: compare ProxyWing Standard at $1.50 a GB for 1,000 GB with our Premium at $1.00 per GB at 1,000 GB+.
- You need country targeting only: Lite at $0.50/GB for one GB, or DataImpulse and Evomi pay as you go.
- You want mobile with heavy traffic: a day rate with unlimited traffic, as ProxyWing sells, may cost less than paying per GB.
