CatProxy is trading at catproxy.io, where it sells residential and mobile proxies by the gigabyte, for crypto only. Residential traffic costs $3.99 a GB pay as you go and falls to $2.00 on a 500 GB monthly plan; mobile runs from $4.99 to $2.99. Its terms name no company and no governing law, and the domain was registered in March 2026. The like-for-like prices are in the alternatives table.

It is a young shop that publishes its prices and terms in plain text. What it does not publish is who runs it, and an earlier site sold proxies under the same name on this address in 2024.
What CatProxy sells, and what it costs
Prices come from its billing documentation, read on 27 September 2026. The lower rates are monthly plans; pay as you go starts at 1 GB.

Residential traffic comes from home connections and mobile traffic from 4G and 5G carriers. Both target country, state and city, plus ASN or carrier. Sticky sessions last 10, 30, 60 or 90 minutes, and its sessions reconnect to the same address if a node fails, by its own claim. The site pitches both products at multi-account work, and it lists team accounts and a public API as coming soon.
The fine print that decides the cost
Crypto only. Top-ups go through NOWPayments, and no card or bank payment is offered.
No refunds, with narrow exceptions. The terms say: "All purchases are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion or where required by law." A refund may come for its own technical failures reported within 48 hours.
The balance can lapse. Unused balance does not expire while the account is active, but the terms allow it to "void any remaining balance after 12 months of inactivity".
No company, no law. The terms name no company and say the agreement falls under "applicable law", without naming a country.
Some sites are off limits. The terms keep "an internal blacklist of sensitive domains", such as government, military and financial sites.

CatProxy targets states, cities and ASNs, so its like-for-like row on our side is Premium, at $1.49 per GB from the first gigabyte. Both of ours are on our residential price table.
For mobile traffic, Rainproxy charged $3.10 for 1 GB and $2.00 a GB at 500 GB on 27 September 2026, and Evomi $3.98 a GB pay as you go and $2.20 on its largest plans. Our mobile proxies cost $1.50/GB, from 1 GB.
Where CatProxy is the better buy
A free trial on request. Approved applicants get 100 MB of mobile or residential traffic to test.
Sessions that hold, by its claim. A session reconnects to the same address if a node fails, instead of rotating to a new one.
Monthly plans for steady volume. At 500 GB a month, residential traffic costs $2.00 a GB.
Where HProxy is the better fit
Pay by card or crypto. Our payment options page lists cards, 32 crypto assets and networks, Alipay, Pix and more. CatProxy takes crypto only.
Unspent money comes back. Our refund policy returns wallet top-ups you have not spent within 14 days, to the card or crypto wallet that paid. CatProxy treats every purchase as final, with narrow exceptions.
Longer sticky sessions. On Residential Premium a session can be set from 3 minutes to 24 hours, by our API documentation. CatProxy offers 10 to 90 minutes.
A company you can name. Our imprint names Obsidian UG in Herford, Germany, and our balance never expires. CatProxy names no company and can void a balance after a year of inactivity.
Before you commit
Ask for the CatProxy trial and buy a single gigabyte of our Premium traffic, then run the same job through both. Check the exits in our proxy checker first. Our free proxy list and the checker need no account.
The limits of this record
We did not test CatProxy, so nothing here grades speed or success. Its session guarantee is its own claim, and its documentation FAQ still calls mobile proxies "in testing" while its billing page prices them. The domain was registered anew in 2026, and we could not tell whether the same people run both sites. This page is due for a check by 27 December 2026.
