MobileHop Alternative: US Mobile Lines and Per-GB Mobile Proxies Compared

MobileHop rents US mobile lines on Verizon by the hour, day, week or month, with unlimited data. Its MultiHop line roams across 50 or more US locations and costs $225 a month, on the homepage we read on October 25, 2026. Its SingleHop line, tied to one location, cost $180 a month when we read it on September 27. Of seven US lines we priced, those two were the second and third dearest, and the cheapest cost $65. For light or uneven traffic, a pool billed per GB costs less. The median seller charges $4.00 per GB on its smallest plan, and ours costs $1.50/GB.

What does MobileHop sell, and what does it cost?

Two kinds of line, rented by time with no cap on data. The MultiHop column comes from the homepage on October 25, 2026, and the SingleHop column from our read of September 27, 2026:

MultiHop can move between 50 or more US locations as often as you like. SingleHop stays in one location of your choice, and today's page allows one location change per subscription. Today's page still lists SingleHop from $5 an hour, while its longer prices sit behind a tab our reader did not receive.

Both lines run on Verizon, and MobileHop says it owns its hardware with no reselling. They speak HTTP and SOCKS5, and a reseller API lets large buyers automate their orders.

What do other dedicated US mobile lines cost?

Between $65 and $250 for a month, on seven US lines from four sellers. MobileHop's two lines were the second and third dearest:

The closest match to MultiHop is ProxyEmpire's 5G line, which also runs on Verizon and moves across 50 locations in 38 states, for $250. The cheaper lines come with daily caps. ProxyMobile's $70 line includes 15 GB a day, and Gridpanel guarantees 10 GB a day on its $65 line.

When does a MobileHop line beat paying per GB?

When it moves more than about 56 GB a month on MultiHop, or 45 GB on SingleHop. Past that point, a month costs less than the $4.00 median plan billed per GB. A month costs the same whatever it carries, so its price per GB falls as traffic grows:

Set each column against a price per GB. Our pool costs $1.50/GB at any volume, from 1 GB. A ProxyMobile 4G line at $70 a month costs less than MultiHop at any volume up to its cap of 15 GB a day.

What does an hour on a MobileHop line cost against other short rentals?

$5 on SingleHop and $9 on MultiHop, which is more than two other sellers charge for a short test. ProxyMobile rents a 4G line at $2 for the first two hours, and Proxypanel sells a three-hour pass for $3. MobileHop's hourly plan needs no subscription, so it suits a test of a few hours on a Verizon line.

When is staying with MobileHop the better choice?

When you need one Verizon line that moves between US cities, or heavy data with no daily cap. MobileHop gives you three things the cheaper lines do not:

• A roaming Verizon line. MultiHop moves between 50 or more US locations, for $25 a month less than ProxyEmpire's comparable line.
• No daily cap. Data is unlimited in MobileHop's words, where ProxyMobile caps a line at 15 GB a day.
• Rental by the hour. A test or a short job can run for an hour without a plan.

When does an alternative fit better?

When your traffic is light, uneven or outside the United States, or a cheaper US line would do. Below about 56 GB a month, a MultiHop month costs more per GB than the median plan billed per GB.

For one US line, Gridpanel's 4G line costs $65 a month and ProxyMobile's $70, each with a daily cap. For carrier addresses by the GB, our mobile proxies cost $1.50/GB from 1 GB. How does HProxy compare with MobileHop, product by product?

The table sets what each of us publishes side by side. MobileHop's prices were read on October 25 and September 27, 2026, and ours are today's:

Where MobileHop loses is the price of a month, 2.8 to 3.5 times the cheapest US line. It is also dearer by the hour than ProxyMobile or Proxypanel. Where it wins is a roaming Verizon line with no daily cap, for less than ProxyEmpire's.

With us, a card payment starts at $10 and crypto at $3, and PayPal is not offered. Our residential proxies cost $0.50/GB for one GB by country, or $1.49/GB on Premium with state, city and ASN targeting.

What do MobileHop's terms say about refunds?

That a weekly or monthly license can be refunded if you ask within 24 hours of payment delivery. The rest of the clause:

• Connection trouble. A refund may also follow if support cannot fix a connection within 24 hours, or the plan cannot be delivered.
• Short licenses. The clause does not name hourly or daily licenses.
• Renewals. Card subscriptions run through CCBill and rebill until you cancel with CCBill, although the homepage says "No subscriptions".
• Chargebacks. A chargeback by card or PayPal ends the account.

The terms name KBM (Key Business Mobile) Enterprises, LLC, at an address in Sheridan, Wyoming. The registry records mobilehop.com as registered in 2004, and renewed on October 17, 2026, to October 16, 2028.

How do you test a switch before you cancel?

Check three things: the network behind the exit, the data you really move, and the result on your own target.

1. Look up the exit. Our free IP lookup shows the network that owns an address, and the proxy checker runs the same test through a proxy. A MobileHop exit should belong to Verizon.
2. Measure a month. If your line moves less than about 56 GB a month, a pool billed per GB costs less than MultiHop.
3. Run your real target. Buy the smallest amount on the other side, run your own job, and count what works.

• No test of any network. We measured no speed, success rate, pool size or carrier mix at any seller, ours included. MobileHop's speed figures come from its own tests.
• Two reads of its prices. MultiHop prices are from October 25, 2026, and SingleHop's from September 27, 2026, before the site was redesigned.
• Hidden answers. The answers in MobileHop's FAQ were not in our copy, so its ways to pay rest on its terms.
• Its own words. Unlimited data and owning its hardware are MobileHop's claims.
• Check by January 26, 2027. Prices and terms in this market change often, and every figure here needs a fresh read by then.
