Rainproxy is trading at rainproxy.io, where it sells residential, mobile, ISP, datacenter and IPv6 proxies. Its cheapest residential pool costs $0.99 for 1 GB and falls to $0.24 a GB at 1 TB. Its terms name a private limited company in Utrecht, in the Netherlands. The like-for-like prices are in the alternatives table.

It is a working shop with a six-year record. The domain dates from September 2019, and the archive shows proxies on sale from October 2020. Its about page says the team started in 2017. We could not confirm the chamber of commerce number, because the Dutch register refused our lookups that day.
What Rainproxy sells, and what it costs
Residential traffic comes from three pools, each sold by the gigabyte. Smart is the entry pool of 10 million IPs. Exclusive is a curated pool of 15 million with city and ASN targeting. Premium is a separate pool it puts at 110 million. The rates below come from its pricing page, read on 27 September 2026:

Traffic bought once does not run out, in its words: "Pay once. Traffic never expires." A monthly plan takes 10% off and a yearly plan 20%. The Premium rate of $0.80 is a launch price, which a plan of 1 TB a month can lock for six months. The same page also says Smart goes "down to $0.28/GB", while its own price ladder ends at $0.24.
The other lines are priced the same way. Mobile runs from $3.10 for 1 GB to $2.00 a GB at 500 GB. ISP traffic costs $3.20 for 1 GB and $1.35 a GB at 1 TB. A dedicated ISP address costs $2.75 a month, and an unlimited ISP port starts at $12.40 a day. Datacenter traffic, from US addresses only, falls from $2.50 to $0.50 a GB. IPv6 ports with unlimited traffic start at $0.50 a day. Unlimited residential starts at $15 for one hour on a 200 Mbps port.
The proxies speak HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. Sticky sessions last up to about 30 minutes on the residential pools, by its FAQ. Its pages disagree on whether Smart can target cities: one answer keeps city targeting for Exclusive and Premium, and another lists Smart as well.
The fine print that decides the cost
A refund needs light use. A GB plan is refunded in full within 14 days, but only while less than 10% of it has been used. The count in its dashboard decides, and the money goes back within 5 to 10 business days.
Crypto payments are final. Its refund policy says it plainly: "crypto sales are final". Unlimited plans are not refunded, and neither are dedicated addresses once they have been issued.
The trial runs through chat. The free 250 MB is added by its team in live chat, with no card and no deposit.
Chargebacks can cost the account. A chargeback raised before talking to support "may result in immediate suspension of your account", in the words of its terms.
The terms move. Its terms and its refund policy both carried the date 27 September 2026, the day we read them. Read them again before you pay.

What customers say
Trustpilot refused our server, so we read its archived copies. On 18 August 2025 Rainproxy showed a TrustScore of 3.9 from 240 reviews: 169 five-star and 42 one-star. On 25 May 2023 it showed 4.2 from 179 reviews. We found no newer copy.

Rainproxy Premium targets cities and ASNs, so its like-for-like row on our side is Premium, $1.49 per GB for a single gigabyte. Its Smart pool is closer to our Lite, which targets by country only. Both of ours are on our residential price table.
For one fixed address, our static ISP proxies cost $2.70 per IP a month, from one address, also by the week.
Where Rainproxy is the better buy
A low rate at volume. Smart traffic falls to $0.40 a GB at 100 GB and $0.24 a GB at 1 TB, and it never expires.
A refund after a short test. A GB plan comes back in full within 14 days while less than 10% of it is used. Our own refund covers residential traffic only while no gigabyte has been routed.
Billing by result, by its own claim. Its pricing page says "We meter 2xx/3xx responses only", so blocked and timed-out requests would cost nothing. We did not test it.
Many ways to buy. Unlimited residential by the hour or the day, IPv6 ports from $0.50 a day and mobile by the gigabyte.
A free trial. It gives 250 MB of Premium traffic with no card, through live chat.
Where HProxy is the better fit
Refunds that include crypto. Our refund policy returns unspent balance to the original payment method, card or crypto, within 14 days. Rainproxy treats every crypto payment as final.
Longer sticky sessions. On Residential Premium a session can be set from 3 minutes to 24 hours, by our API documentation. Rainproxy puts its residential sessions at up to about 30 minutes.
More local payment methods. Our payment options page lists cards, 32 crypto assets and networks, Alipay, Pix and more. Rainproxy lists cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and four cryptocurrencies.
Static ISP by the week. Our static ISP proxies rent from one address for a week or a month. Rainproxy rents its dedicated ISP addresses by the month.

Claim the free Rainproxy trial and buy a single gigabyte of our Premium traffic, then run the same job through both. Count the requests that came back correct. Check the exits in our proxy checker first. To try a set-up before paying anyone, our free proxy list and the checker need no account.
The limits of this record
We did not measure the Rainproxy network, so nothing here grades speed or success. The pool sizes, the uptime and the billing by result are its own claims. Its pages give pool sizes from 10 million to 135 million IPs.
