Read from their own public pricing pages on 10 August 2026, and stated as advertised rather than as verified by us:
- Datacenter: $0.35 per GB on 5,000 GB / $1,750 per month (Company tier).
- ISP: $2 per IP on none stated for the IP fee itself, but bandwidth must be bought separately.
- ISP: from $22 per month on 1 IP ($2) + Starter 7 GB bandwidth package ($20).
- Mobile: from $4.50 per GB with no commitment, falling to $1.25 per GB on custom plan above 1,000 GB (contact sales).
- Residential: from $3.50 per GB with no commitment, falling to $0.75 per GB on VENDOR-CONFIRMED: their rotating-residential page states Custom Plans From $0.75/GB under a 5 TB+ tier. No published self-serve tier reaches it..
Every one of those is a published rate rather than a measured outcome. That is not a criticism of ProxyEmpire: our own page is built from the same material. It is the reason the rest of this comparison is about what published rates leave out.
What is on their front page
As of 9 September 2026 the tab reads "ProxyEmpire, Buy Residential and Mobile Proxies, Best Proxy". The blurb under their search result reads: "Buy Proxy Server - Power Web Scraping and Data Gathering with our Top Mobile, Unlimited and Residential Proxies. 170+ countries, 30M+ Premium IPs"
Also on the page, stated plainly:
The product lines named on that page are residential, datacenter, ISP or static residential, mobile, SOCKS5 and a scraping or SERP API. They advertise 170 countries or locations. Support is advertised as around the clock. We found no separate pricing page linked from the homepage, which usually means the price arrives by quotation.
Nothing there has been tested. It is a record of what the page said on the day, which is the honest limit of what a page like this can offer without a measurement.
The domain record
The domain was registered on 23 January 2022, through NameCheap, Inc, which makes it about 4 years old. That record was read from the registry on 23 April 2026. The Internet Archive holds 20 snapshots of the site, the earliest from February 2022. The registry shows it renewed to 23 January 2027.
Age is not quality. A long registration does not make a network good, and a new one does not make it bad. What it does rule out is the shortest-lived pattern in this market, which is a site that appears, sells, and is gone inside a year.

Two notes on that table. The rows we left for you to check are not evasions: those terms change, and printing a stale figure is exactly the failure this page is trying to avoid. And no table can hold the number that should decide your purchase, which is the success rate on your own target.
