IPIPGO is trading at ipipgo.com, run by a company in Nanjing, China. It sells residential and datacenter proxies priced in yuan: traffic packages valid 30, 60 or 90 days, unlimited plans by bandwidth, and static IPs by region. Every proxy needs a real-name check through Alipay, and the proxies work only from networks outside mainland China. Standard residential traffic costs 84 yuan for 3 GB. Its footer names the company, its address in Nanjing and its licence number. The homepage also claims ISO certificates and 130,000 business customers, which we did not check.
What IPIPGO sells, and what it costs
Prices come from the package data its order page loads, read on 27 September 2026, in yuan. Each traffic package comes in 30, 60 and 90 day versions, and the table shows the 30-day price.

The same packages cost more for a longer term. For example, 3 GB of standard traffic costs 92.80 yuan for 60 days and 102 yuan for 90. The homepage cards advertise standard traffic "from 3.04 yuan" a GB a month. The cheapest standard package we could read costs 8 yuan a GB.
The other products:
- Unlimited residential: no traffic cap, billed by bandwidth and term, from 200 to 1000 Mbps. A day at 200 Mbps costs 2,368 yuan, and 30 days cost 17,266 yuan.
- Static residential: one IP by region, from 19.90 yuan for 30 days in Illinois, Texas, Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh City, after a regional discount. California costs 75 yuan, and a 90-day term brings the cheapest regions to 17.91 yuan a month.
- Exclusive static IPs from 135 yuan for 30 days, and static datacenter IPs from 35 yuan.
- A free test: 50 MB of residential traffic, after the real-name check.
It also sells TikTok network lines, a SERP API and cloud servers.
The fine print that decides the cost
A real-name check through Alipay. Its refund policy and order screens say every proxy product needs real-name verification before use, and the check runs through Alipay. Companies can verify with their business licence instead.
Only outside mainland China. The user agreement says the product works only from networks outside mainland China and cannot be used on the mainland.
Packages expire, used or not. Its refund policy counts an expired package as delivered, "regardless of actual usage". The 3 GB standard package lasts 30 days.
Refunds only for faults. It gives no refund for a change of mind. A refund needs a fault that its team confirms and cannot fix within 5 working days, reported within 24 hours. The amount follows the days or traffic left, less payment fees, and unlimited plans are never refunded.
Chinese law. The agreement falls under Chinese law, and disputes go to a court where the company sits.

Standard IPIPGO traffic targets countries and cities, so the like-for-like row on our side is Premium, at $1.49 per GB from the first gigabyte. Both of ours are on our residential price table.
For fixed addresses, our ISP proxies cost $2.70 per IP for a month, datacenter IPv4 $1.58 per IP for a month, and IPv6 $0.10 per IP for a month from 10 addresses. We sell no unlimited residential plan.
Where IPIPGO is the better buy
Unlimited traffic by bandwidth. Its unlimited plan charges for a bandwidth of 200 to 1000 Mbps by the day or month, with no traffic cap. We bill residential traffic by the gigabyte.
A service in Chinese, paid in yuan. Its site, sales and payment run in Chinese, through Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank transfer.
Products for TikTok and cross-border work. It sells TikTok network lines and cross-border lines, which we do not.
Where HProxy is the better fit
No Alipay account needed. IPIPGO proxies work only after a real-name check through Alipay. Our payment options page lists cards, 32 crypto assets and networks, Alipay, Pix and more.
Traffic that does not expire. Our balance never expires, so a gigabyte bought today is still there next year. IPIPGO packages end after 30, 60 or 90 days, used or not.
A refund for unspent money. Our refund policy returns wallet top-ups you have not spent within 14 days, to the card or crypto wallet that paid. IPIPGO refunds only faults it cannot fix within 5 working days.
A company in the EU. Our imprint names Obsidian UG in Herford, Germany. IPIPGO is run from Nanjing under Chinese law.
Before you commit

The limits of this record
We did not test IPIPGO, so nothing here grades speed or success. Its pool size, certificates and customer count are its own claims. Its prices are in yuan, and we did not convert them. One offer list on its order page needs an account, so we could not read it. We did not check the company in a Chinese register, and the live Trustpilot page could not be read. This page is due for a check by 27 December 2026.
