Proxy25 (proxy25.com) sells SOCKS5 proxies for one job: checking email addresses over SMTP, on port 25. Its starter plan costs $49 a month for up to 300,000 checks, at most 10,000 a day. The plan comes with warmed sender inboxes and ready domains. The domain dates from April 2025, and the blog was still posting in September 2026. One point first, in fairness: HProxy is the wrong seller for this job, because our IPv4 proxies block mail ports 25 and 587. The table of other options shows what else works, read the same day.

What it sells, and what it costs
Its services page names the job: "Proxy Infrastructure Built for Email Verification & Nothing Else". The plan includes:
- proxy pools it calls clean and "low-noise", with reverse DNS matched to each IP;
- warmed sender inboxes, and domains with full DNS records;
- routing by the mail host (MX), and greylisting retries for Mimecast;
- SOCKS5 access, with a "plug and play" setup for Reacher.
The price, in its words: "Our starter plan costs $49 per month and allows up to 300k verifications per month (10k per day)." Above 1 million checks a month it offers discounts, and it says the price can fall to "$0.0001 per verification". It promises "No long term contracts". Its pages name no free trial, refund rule or payment method.
One point is unclear. Its why page calls residential proxies "hated by SMTP servers", yet a post of 6 September 2026 pitches residential proxies with a sending history. The pages do not say which kind of IP the plan uses.
Who stands behind it
The terms name no company. Two public pages place it:
- Datyle (datyle.co), which calls itself "B2B email verification experts", lists Proxy25.com as its "Email verification proxies" app. Sign-up buttons on the Proxy25 blog lead to the Datyle app.
- The README of Reacher sends larger users to proxy25.com "For SMTP proxy servers".
Why port 25 decides it
A mail server answers these checks on port 25, and most proxy sellers close that port to stop spam. ProxyEmpire puts it plainly: "Port 25 and other email ports are blocked on all our proxies by default." It opens the port only for email verification companies, after a review, KYC and KYB checks, and a minimum of $3,000 a month. Sending mail stays banned even then.
Our IPv4 proxies block the same ports: the product sheet lists mail ports 25 and 587 as "Blocked, keeps the ranges clean of spam". Our ISP proxies pass only ports 80 and 443. A seller that opens port 25 for $49 a month fills a real gap.
The fine print
- The terms date from 1 July 2025: lawful use only, and "You must not use the Service for spamming".
- Limits. It may "throttle or suspend access if usage significantly exceeds agreed limits".
- No promise of results: "we do not guarantee 100% accuracy or uptime".
- Your data: "We do not store or log the email addresses you send through the proxy service".
- Billing is "as agreed upon", and no refund rule is written down.
- The terms name no company, no address and no governing law.
Where Proxy25 is the stronger choice
- It does the job most sellers refuse: port 25 checks, from $49 a month.
- The entry is small next to a $3,000 monthly minimum elsewhere.
- Senders, domains and MX routing come with the plan.
- It has a ready setup for Reacher.

Which one to pick
- You run Reacher or your own checker and need port 25 at a small scale: Proxy25 is built for exactly that.
- You run an email verification company at scale: the ProxyEmpire route exists, with its checks and its $3,000 minimum.
- You would rather not run a checker at all: a service such as No2Bounce does the checks for you.
- You need proxies for web work, with city or ISP targeting from one GB: our Premium pool at $1.49 for one GB.
The limits of this record
We did not buy from Proxy25, so nothing here measures its accuracy or speed. Its pages do not say whether the IPs are residential or datacenter, and they name no payment method or refund rule. No public page we read names the company behind it. Prices move, so every figure here carries the day it was read, and this page is due for a check by 27 December 2026.
