The useful question is never whether Didsoft is good. It is whether it fits the job you are about to run, on your target, this month. A free proxy list that suits one workload is wrong for the next one.
Everything we can stand behind
Didsoft trades at didsoft.com. They compete with us as a free proxy list.
There is no price in this comparison because we do not have one we can date and attribute. What follows instead is the set of questions that decide the cost once you do read their page.
Check the reachable rate, the minimum, the expiry terms and the failure billing, and date your note. A price without those four attached is not a price.
The site, as it reads today
On 9 September 2026 the site introduced itself as "Didsoft Limited". The description they publish for search engines reads: "About Didsoft Company"
What else that page states, without interpretation:
The product lines named on that page are SOCKS5. The page offers some form of free trial. We found no separate pricing page linked from the homepage, which usually means the price arrives by quotation.
Nothing there has been tested. It is a record of what the page said on the day, which is the honest limit of what a page like this can offer without a measurement.
Age, and why it matters here
The domain was registered on 19 January 2013, through Cloudflare, Inc, which makes it about 13 years old. We pulled that from the registry on 9 September 2026. The current registration term ends 19 January 2027.
None of it predicts success rate. It is here because domain age and archive depth are free to check, and a provider whose public record starts last quarter deserves a smaller first order.
The questions behind the numbers
Shared or dedicated changes everything
Ask how many accounts can sit on one address at once. Where the answer is unlimited or unspecified, price the plan as shared regardless of what the product is called.
The country total, and the country you use
Country totals are counted generously across this whole market. A country with a handful of addresses counts the same as one with hundreds of thousands. If your work depends on one location, test that location before you switch.
The response time nobody advertises
Support quality is invisible until it is the only thing that matters. A cheap provider that takes three days to answer a routing problem has cost you more than the saving, and no pricing page reveals that.
The comparison, honestly framed
Compare on these rows and ignore the feature lists on both sites:
| Question to ask | Didsoft | HProxy |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Not verified by us, read their page | From $0.44/GB, pay as you go |
| Does unused balance expire? | Not published clearly, ask before paying | Never |
| Minimum commitment | Check the current terms, this one moves | None |
| Identity checks | Their terms page answers this | Card orders are screened, and verification is sometimes requested |
| Targeting | Worth confirming in writing before you commit | Country, city and ISP |
| Free way to evaluate | Read their current terms | Free proxy list and proxy checker |
Treat the right-hand column as a claim by an interested party, because it is one. Every line in it is checkable on our own pages and in our own terms.
What to do instead of reading more comparisons
The steps below take about ten minutes and settle the question properly.
- Fund both accounts with the least money each will accept, and note what that minimum was, because it is part of the comparison.
- Aim both at the page that matters to you rather than a test endpoint, and keep every other variable fixed.
- Record the success rate and the data consumed for the identical batch on each side.
- Check some of the addresses yourself for country, ASN and type before you trust the label on the plan.
- Go with whichever performed, then measure again next quarter. Networks change underneath you.

Where we fit
For completeness: residential from $0.44 per GB, city and ISP targeting included, no monthly minimum, and a balance that stays where you left it. We are a good fit for uneven workloads and a poor one for anybody who wants a signed enterprise agreement.
