Choosing a proxy provider on price alone is the most common and most expensive mistake in this market, because a cheap request that fails costs more than a dearer one that works. That framing runs through the whole page.
Everything we can stand behind
Their site is anyip.io.
There is no price in this comparison because we do not have one we can date and attribute. What follows instead is the set of questions that decide the cost once you do read their page.
When you do read it, note four things: the rate you actually qualify for today, the minimum purchase, whether unused balance expires, and whether failed requests are billed. Those four decide the real cost more than the headline does.
The site, as it reads today
Their homepage title, read on 9 September 2026: "anyIP, Get access to cheap mobile and residential proxies". The description they publish for search engines reads: "We offer 48+ million high-quality but also cheap residential and mobile proxies. Affordable pricing for individuals and businesses alike."
Taken from the same page, on the same day:
The product lines named on that page are residential, mobile and SOCKS5. They advertise 38 countries or locations. Payment methods mentioned: crypto and cards. Support is advertised as around the clock. A refund or money-back term is mentioned. Their pricing page is titled "Affordable Mobile and Residential Proxy Pricing".
Every line above is a quotation from their marketing rather than a measurement by us. It is included because it is checkable, not because it is evidence of performance.
How long anyIP has been trading
The domain was registered on 7 April 2020, through Gandi SAS, which makes it about 6 years old. Checked against the registry on 23 April 2026. The registration currently runs to 7 April 2028.
This proves nothing about the product. It is a cheap check against the one failure mode that costs buyers real money in this market, which is paying a provider that will not exist in six months.
Their published surface
Our own crawl reached 117 of their pages. The mix was 30 blog pages, 3 pricing pages, 13 location pages and 9 integration pages.
The number is not a compliment or a criticism. It describes how much of their effort goes into being found, which is worth knowing when you are weighing a marketing claim against a measurement.
What a pricing page leaves out
The comparison that is not a comparison
Half this market prices bandwidth and half prices addresses. A per-address plan is cheap for heavy traffic through few exits and ruinous for light traffic through many, and the reverse holds for per-gigabyte plans.
Who else is using your address
Ask how many accounts can sit on one address at once. Where the answer is unlimited or unspecified, price the plan as shared regardless of what the product is called.
Ask whether failed requests are billed
Divide the spend by the successful responses, not by the requests sent. That single change reorders most price comparisons in this market, and your accounting will use it eventually anyway.
The rows that decide it
Set the two side by side on the questions that decide the outcome, rather than on feature counts:
| Question to ask | anyIP | HProxy |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Not verified by us, read their page | From $0.44/GB, pay as you go |
| Does unused balance expire? | Their terms page answers this | Never |
| Minimum commitment | On their own terms page | None |
| Identity checks | Not published clearly, ask before paying | Card orders are screened, and verification is sometimes requested |
| Targeting | On their own terms page | Country, city and ISP |
| Free way to evaluate | Not published clearly, ask before paying | Free proxy list and proxy checker |
The useful part of that table is the left column. Take those six questions to any provider in this market and the answers will sort them faster than any review.
The measurement that outranks every review
This costs less than a coffee and produces the only evidence that applies to your workload.
- Fund both accounts with the least money each will accept, and note what that minimum was, because it is part of the comparison.
- Aim both at the page that matters to you rather than a test endpoint, and keep every other variable fixed.
- Write down two numbers per provider: the share of requests that succeeded, and the traffic it cost.
- Take a handful of the addresses you were given and verify their country and type against a checker you do not control.
- Keep the winner, and repeat the whole thing quarterly, because pools age.

Where we fit
The offer, stated once: residential from $0.44 per GB, pay per gigabyte, no subscription, balance does not expire, and free tools that stay usable without an account. Everything above this paragraph applies whether or not you choose us.
