Evomi (evomi.com) sells residential, mobile, static ISP and datacenter proxies, plus a scraper API, from Switzerland. Its terms name TeraShift GmbH of Ermatingen as the operator. Its headline rate is $0.49 a GB, on a 100 GB monthly plan. Every price below comes from its own pages, read on 27 September 2026. For the comparison, jump to the alternatives table.

What Evomi sells
Core residential. Its default rotating pool, with sticky sessions from 30 minutes up to 24 hours and a "hardsession" option that keeps one address as long as the network allows.
Premium residential and mobile. A curated residential pool with ISP-level targeting and pool selection, and 3G, 4G and 5G mobile IPs, both $3.98 a GB pay as you go and "as low as $2.20" on its largest plans.
Static ISP and datacenter. Static residential addresses at $1.00 shared, $2.50 private or $4.50 "virgin" an IP a month, and datacenter traffic from $0.45 a GB, falling to $0.30 on a 1,000 GB plan.
Scraping tools. A scraper API from $0.13 per 1,000 results and a cloud scraping browser from $24.99 a month.

On the monthly plans, unused data does not roll over, and extra data bought mid-cycle lasts only until the next renewal. Pay-as-you-go data never expires. Every request counts as at least 512 bytes of traffic, by its terms.
Where its IPs come from
Evomi explains its sourcing more plainly than most. Its ethics page says it "operates platforms that allow users to generate passive income by sharing their unused internet bandwidth", and that those users are paid through PayPal, gift cards and some cryptocurrencies. It lists "Volunteering Providers Only", membership of the Ethical Web Data Collection Initiative, a completed SOC 2 Type II audit and ISO 27001 certification.
The fine print
Refunds for a first purchase only. Within 30 days of the first purchase in a product category, if you used less than 1 GB or 10 percent of it. Top-ups, pay-as-you-go traffic and crypto payments are not refundable, and up to 10 percent in payment fees may be deducted.
Trials renew. A trial lasts 3 days, or one day on Core, and then renews at the plan price unless you cancel in time.
Identity checks. Its ethics page says "KYC (Know Your Customer) is not required by default", though some accounts or features need it. Sign-up asks for a name, email, address and use case.
Your logo. Its terms give TeraShift a licence to display the company name and logo of its customers.
Who you deal with. TeraShift GmbH, Hauptstr. 35A, Ermatingen, under Swiss law, with disputes settled by arbitration under the Swiss Rules.
How Evomi changed
In December 2021 the domain evomi.com was offered for sale. By July 2024 it carried "Evomi - Ethical High Quality Proxies", with residential and mobile from $2.15 a GB and datacenter from $0.35. By September 2026 its Core residential plan had brought the entry rate down to $0.49 a GB.
Where Evomi is stronger
Cheap residential with city targeting. $0.49 a GB on its plan, or $0.99 pay as you go from 15 GB, with city and ISP targeting included.
Plain sourcing. It names the bandwidth-sharing model behind its residential pool and the people who are paid for it.
Scraping tools on the same account. A scraper API and a scraping browser next to the proxies.
Where HProxy differs

One gigabyte, no plan. Lite targets by country at $0.50/GB for one gigabyte, where Evomi pay as you go starts at 15 GB. Purchased gigabytes have no scheduled expiry date.
City targeting by the gigabyte. Premium, our pool with state, city and ISP targeting, costs $1.49/GB for one gigabyte, with sessions from 3 minutes to 24 hours.
Mobile for less. Rotating mobile traffic, targeted by country, costs $1.50/GB, against $3.98 a GB pay as you go at Evomi.
No documents. We ask for no documents at sign-up or at an ordinary checkout, and we take cards, Alipay and thirty-two crypto options.
Where we are behind. At 15 GB and above, Evomi sells city-targeted residential traffic for less per gigabyte than our Premium pool. It also offers a scraper API and a scraping browser, which we do not.

Who Evomi suits
It suits a buyer who moves 15 GB or more of residential traffic, wants city targeting at a low rate, and values a plain account of where the IPs come from.
It suits you less if you want a single gigabyte, cheaper mobile traffic, or unused monthly data that rolls over.
Before you commit
Take the free trial, and cancel inside its window if the pool does not suit your target, since it renews at the plan price. Our proxy checker shows whether an address answers, how fast, and from where, whoever sold it.
The limits of this review
We did not test the Evomi network. Its pool size, uptime and certifications are its own claims. The volume rates of $2.20 for Premium and mobile are quoted on request and were not checked.
