Prices come from its pricing pages, read on 27 September 2026. Residential traffic is sold in packages valid for 30, 90 or 180 days, and a longer validity costs more.

Enterprise packages carry no expiry and include resale rights: 525 GB for $400, or $0.76 a GB, up to 5,250 GB for $3,000, or $0.57 a GB. The $0.55 a GB on its homepage is the rate above that, by contact. Once enterprise gigabytes are assigned to an account, they last 90 days.
Residential traffic targets country, state and city, and a sticky session holds one address for up to 180 minutes. The other products are priced this way:
- By the IP: $10 for 50 addresses, each usable for up to 6 hours, and the credits do not expire.
- Mobile: $4.00 a GB for up to 10 GB, falling to $1.45 a GB at 1 to 5 TB.
- Static residential: $3.50 per IP for 30 days at the cheapest locations, and up to $13.90 in Hong Kong.
- Unlimited traffic: $15 for an hour at 200 Mbps, $230 a day or $1,920 for 30 days.
- SOCKS5: $30 for 100 addresses a day over 15 days.
The fine print that decides the cost
Gigabytes expire, then freeze. Its FAQ says: "Unused data will not be deleted after expiration", and it can be "reactivated by purchasing any new GB package."
No refunds once you order. The refund policy of 23 March 2026 excludes residential, unlimited, SOCKS5 and static proxies "after the order is placed or the proxies are used". The terms of the same date still allow a static residential refund within 24 hours if the proxies do not work.
No resale without consent. The terms forbid reselling the service without written consent, while the enterprise plans include resale rights.
Identity checks. The terms allow a suspension when a customer does not answer a KYC request.
Hong Kong law. The terms fall under the laws of Hong Kong.

711Proxy targets states and cities, so its like-for-like row on our side is Premium, at $1.49 per GB from the first gigabyte. Both of ours are on our residential price table.
For mobile traffic, Rainproxy charged $3.10 for 1 GB and $2.00 a GB at 500 GB on 27 September 2026, and Evomi $3.98 a GB pay as you go and $2.20 on its largest plans a day earlier. Our mobile proxies cost $1.50/GB, from 1 GB. For a fixed address, our ISP proxies cost $2.70 per IP for a month.
Where 711Proxy is the better buy
Unlimited traffic by the hour. Its unlimited plan costs $15 for an hour at 200 Mbps, or $230 a day, with no cap on data.
PayPal and UnionPay. It takes both, next to crypto, Alipay and cards. We do not take PayPal.
Resale rights at volume. Enterprise packages from 525 GB include resale rights and codes to hand out.
Where HProxy is the better fit
A balance that never expires. Our balance never expires, and traffic is bought from 1 GB. 711Proxy gigabytes lapse after 30, 90 or 180 days and wait for a new purchase.
Unspent money comes back. Our refund policy returns wallet top-ups you have not spent within 14 days, to the card or crypto wallet that paid. 711Proxy refunds nothing once an order is placed.
Longer sticky sessions. On Residential Premium a session can be set from 3 minutes to 24 hours, by our API documentation. 711Proxy offers up to 180 minutes.
A company in Germany. Our imprint names Obsidian UG in Herford, Germany. 711Proxy names a company in Hong Kong, under Hong Kong law.
What others measured
Its homepage gives a success rate of up to 99.7%. ProxyVero, a benchmark site that 711Proxy links from its own footer, measured 90.6% across six test sites from 6 to 26 September 2026, on 1,261 residential requests. Google searches worked 75.2% of the time and Instagram pages 100%. That is a small sample, and we did not run our own test.

The limits of this record
We did not test 711Proxy, so nothing here grades speed or success beyond the benchmark above. Its pool claims, 100 million addresses in 200 countries, are its own. Its terms and refund policy disagree on static refunds, so ask before buying static IPs. The live Trustpilot page could not be read, and we did not check the company in the Hong Kong register. This page is due for a check by 27 December 2026.
