711Proxy.com: who runs it, its Hong Kong company and its record

711Proxy is a proxy seller at 711proxy.com whose English terms name VELOCITY WAVE LIMITED, a company at an address in San Po Kong, Hong Kong. The Chinese copies of the same terms name a company in Chinese characters, 速联网络科技有限公司, at the same address. The domain dates from March 2024. The first terms, of May 2024, named no company at all and chose the law of the British Virgin Islands, then in a last clause that of the UK. We found no court case or trademark under its name, and we could not read the Hong Kong register. Searches for the name rose from 880 a month in September 2025 to 33,100 in August 2026. The record follows, oldest first. Prices and the alternatives are on our 711Proxy alternatives page.

A solid marker is a record we read in a registry, an archive or a public database. A hollow marker stands for what 711Proxy says about itself.

2024: a new domain, and a contract with no company in it

Verisign's registry dates 711proxy.com to 25 March 2024, registered through NameCheap. The archive first caught the shop in July 2024. Its homepage sold residential traffic "pay per GB, valid for 180 days", static residential IPs and "Dedicated datacenter proxies". It claimed "more than 50 million real residential IPs".

The terms of that summer, "Last updated on May 16, 2024", named no company. They describe an agreement between "the owner and operator of 711proxy.com" and the user. One clause chose "the laws in force in the British Virgin Islands", with arbitration there. The last clause chose "the laws of UK".

A GitHub account named 711Proxy, linking to 711proxy.com, was opened on 24 May 2024.

The footer named a company from the first capture: "VELOCITY WAVE LIMITED Address:RM A07, 1701-02 NEW TREND CENTRE, 704 PRINCE EDWARD RD EAST, SAN PO KONG HONG KONG". The terms followed in January 2025. Their version "Last Updated : January 17, 2025" ends with "Company: VELOCITY WAVE LIMITED" and that address, and chooses "the laws of Hong Kong".

The party line of the 711Proxy terms in three versions, from May 2024 to May 2026.
Who the 711Proxy terms name, from Internet Archive copies and the live terms

The About page told the same story in steps. In January 2025 it called 711Proxy "an innovative technology company" with its "base in Hong Kong, China". By October 2025 it read "711Proxy, developed by Velocity Wave Limited". Both versions said: "This Service Is Not Available In Mainland China".

The company line then left the homepage. It was there in September 2025 and gone in December 2025, and in 2026 the footer read only "© Copyright 2026 711Proxy.com. All rights reserved." The terms of 23 March 2026 still name VELOCITY WAVE LIMITED.

We could not read the Hong Kong register. Its free name search sits behind a captcha, a company's particulars cost HK$22, and our rule is never to buy; OpenCorporates' copy holds no company of that name. So the company's number, the date it was formed and its directors are not on this page.

Two company names at one address

The Chinese copies of the terms end differently. The traditional-script copy, archived on 20 May 2026, reads "公司:速聯網絡科技有限公司". The simplified copy of 12 August 2026 reads "公司:速联网络科技有限公司". Each gives the Chinese form of the San Po Kong address, and each chooses Hong Kong law.

The English terms of the same date name VELOCITY WAVE LIMITED. Whether the two names belong to one company, only the Hong Kong register would show.

What the homepage claimed

From October 2024 the homepage listed eleven countries with an IP count for each. The figures ran from "4,834,617 IPs" for the United States to "1,241,580 IPs" for Japan.

The same eleven numbers appear in the copies of October 2024 and of March, June and September 2025. The page also promised IP proxies "for tens of millions of enterprises" and "100% ethically sourced IPs".

The headline grew over time. In 2024 it spoke of "50 million+ genuine residential IPs". From December 2025 it offered "Over 100M residential IPs from 200+ countries". On 14 October 2026 the About page claimed "100 Million+" proxies in "200+" locations, and said: "All IP resources from 711Proxy are allocated by legitimate ISPs". The pages we read name no supplier.

The lowest price came down. The homepage started at $0.70 a GB in March and June 2025, and at $0.55 from September 2025 to October 2026.

The shop added an "AML Compliance Program Policy", "Effective Dated : March 1,2026". It rewrote its terms, privacy policy and refund policy on 23 March 2026. The refund policy rules out refunds "after the order is placed or the proxies are used" for residential, unlimited, SOCKS5 and static residential proxies. The terms of the same date still give static residential IPs a 24-hour refund window when they fail to work.

The terms also forbid reselling "Without the prior written consent of 711Proxy". Its enterprise plan grants it: "you receive full resale rights beyond personal use", with access handed out through CDKeys.

Google's Keyword Planner shows how fast the name spread. Searches for "711proxy" rose from 880 in September 2025 to 33,100 in both July and August 2026.

The network facts are weak evidence. On 14 October 2026 711proxy.com answered from a UCloud network in Hong Kong, www.711proxy.com from Zenlayer, and api.711proxy.com pointed to apifox.cn, on an Alibaba network. Such networks rent space to many customers. The larger ownership groups of this market are on our page who owns your proxy provider.

711Proxy in court and in filings

We found no court case that names 711Proxy or VELOCITY WAVE LIMITED. The Free Law Project's RECAP collection of US federal court records at the Internet Archive listed none on 14 October 2026. TMview and the US trademark office hold no mark called 711PROXY. Courts outside the United States were beyond our search.

What 711Proxy sells today, in short

On 14 October 2026 its price page started at $0.55 a GB for residential traffic and $0.03 per residential IP. Unlimited traffic started at $15 an hour, or $1 per port. Static residential IPs started at $3.50, mobile traffic at $1.45 a GB, and SOCKS5 passes at $30 for 15 days.

Those are its lowest rates, and small packages cost more: $15 for 5 GB on 27 September 2026. Gigabytes are valid for 30, 90 or 180 days. The full tables and the alternatives are on our 711Proxy alternatives page.

What customers report over time

The archive holds one copy of 711Proxy's Trustpilot page, of 30 April 2025. It shows 4.4 from 65 reviews, on a profile the company had claimed. The company's own text there spoke of "50 million+ residential proxy resources".

One reading makes no trend, so this page draws no chart of it. Trustpilot's rules for automated readers keep us off its live pages, and the score of today is not on this page.

Is 711Proxy legit?

The records show a shop that has traded since mid-2024 and names a Hong Kong company in its English contract. Its first terms named no company and chose two laws. Its Chinese terms give a second company name at the same address. Its homepage showed the same eleven country counts for eleven months.

We found no court case and no trademark under its name. We could not read the register that would show who owns the company.

If you are looking elsewhere

  • If you want a seller you can trace to a register, read whose name sits at the end of the terms. HProxy's terms are with Obsidian UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a German company, under German law.
  • If you buy small amounts, one gigabyte of HProxy's Lite costs $0.50/GB, with no plan. The 711Proxy alternatives page compares other sellers.
  • If you have proxies already, test them with our free proxy checker: it checks HTTP and SOCKS proxies from any seller and needs no account.

What we could not find out

  1. Who owns and runs VELOCITY WAVE LIMITED. The Hong Kong register's search sits behind a captcha and a fee, and OpenCorporates holds no copy.
  2. Whether 速联网络科技有限公司 is the same company. The Chinese terms name it at the same address; no register we could read lists it.
  3. Who sold the service before January 2025. The first terms named no company.
  4. Where its residential IPs come from. Its pages speak of "legitimate ISPs" and name no supplier.
  5. What drove the jump in searches in July and August 2026.
  6. Its Trustpilot score today. We read only the copy of April 2025.

We bought nothing and tested no 711Proxy proxy: our rule is to read and never to buy. Its prices, terms and company lines can change at any time. We will check every record again by 14 January 2027.
