We compete with PSBProxy, so treat every line below as coming from an interested party. What follows is the record we hold, the questions their marketing page does not answer, and a test you can run yourself that outranks this page and every other review.
Everything we can stand behind
You will find them at psbproxy.io.
There is no price in this comparison because we do not have one we can date and attribute. What follows instead is the set of questions that decide the cost once you do read their page.
Take down four numbers and a date: reachable rate, minimum purchase, commitment for the floor rate, and expiry period. Anything less and you cannot compare them to anyone.
The site, as it reads today
Their homepage title, read on 9 September 2026: "Резидентные и мобильные прокси, Быстрые и безопасные прокси-серверы от PSB Proxy". In the description they hand to search engines: "PSB Proxy , надёжные резидентные, мобильные и дата-центр прокси для любых задач. Быстрые, безопасные и анонимные прокси-серверы с удобной панелью и глобальными IP-адресами."
Taken from the same page, on the same day:
The product lines named on that page are a scraping or SERP API. Payment methods mentioned: crypto and cards. Their pricing page is titled "Купить резидентские прокси с ротацией , цена $2 / 1 GB, PSB Proxy".
All of the above is their copy, not our finding. A dated quotation is the weakest kind of evidence that is still evidence.
Age, and why it matters here
The domain was registered on 7 October 2024, through NameCheap, Inc, which makes it about 1 year old. The lookup behind those dates ran on 23 April 2026. As things stand the domain is held to 7 October 2026.
None of it predicts success rate. It is here because domain age and archive depth are free to check, and a provider whose public record starts last quarter deserves a smaller first order.
The same brand also appears at psbproxy.com. Sibling domains are normal in this market and are worth knowing about, because support, terms and even the network behind them are not always the same.
How recently the site moved
Our crawl of their site found 473 pages carrying a date. The oldest is from August 2025 and the newest from August 2026. 467 of them carry a date inside the last twelve months.
Timestamps are not quality, and a company still publishing is at least a company still trading. That is worth more than it sounds in a market where providers disappear without notice.
The questions behind the numbers
A commitment is part of the price
Treat a required call with a salesperson as a cost. It delays the work, it usually arrives with an annual term attached, and it exists because the published price is negotiable in one direction only.
The reputation you inherit
Ask how many accounts can sit on one address at once. Where the answer is unlimited or unspecified, price the plan as shared regardless of what the product is called.
The line item hidden in the success rate
Some vendors bill every request, some bill only successful ones, and the difference is the whole comparison once a target starts blocking. A cheap rate with a fifty percent success rate is twice its advertised price.
The comparison, honestly framed
Here are the comparisons that survive contact with a real workload:
| Question to ask | PSBProxy | HProxy |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Not verified by us, read their page | From $0.44/GB, pay as you go |
| Does unused balance expire? | Not published clearly, ask before paying | Never |
| Minimum commitment | Check the current terms, this one moves | None |
| Identity checks | Their terms page answers this | Card orders are screened, and verification is sometimes requested |
| Targeting | Check the current terms, this one moves | Country, city and ISP |
| Free way to evaluate | Their terms page answers this | Free proxy list and proxy checker |
Treat the right-hand column as a claim by an interested party, because it is one. Every line in it is checkable on our own pages and in our own terms.
The test that beats this page
It is a small amount of money for an answer that is actually about your target.
- Put a few dollars on each account. Trials are fine for a first look, but paid traffic is what you will actually be buying.
- Run them against the site you actually care about, using the code you actually run, within the same hour.
- Track the success rate and the bandwidth. A cheap gigabyte that fails half the time is not cheap.
- Run a sample of the addresses through an independent lookup, because advertised geography and actual geography differ more often than the market admits.
- Choose on the measurement, not the marketing, and expect the answer to change within a year.
The rest of the shortlist
Buyers comparing this name usually have two or three of these open in other tabs:
- Primeproxy alternatives
- Privateinternetaccess alternatives
- Privateproxy alternatives
- Privateproxyreviews alternatives
- Privatevpn alternatives
- Promptcloud alternatives
What we sell, stated plainly
If you want our side of it: $0.44 per GB for residential, pay as you go, nothing expires, and the free tools stay free. We would rather you measured than believed us, which is why the test comes before this paragraph rather than after it.
