Use HProxy with Multilogin.

Multilogin is one of the original antidetect browsers, built for running many browser identities that sites cannot correlate.
Multilogin isolates cookies, storage and fingerprint per profile, but the IP is the one identifier it cannot spoof. Pairing each profile with its own proxy closes that gap.
Setting up HProxy in Multilogin
- 1.Create or edit a profile and open its Proxy tab.
- 2.Set Connection type to HTTP or SOCKS5.
- 3.Enter gate.hproxy.com as the address and your port, from the dashboard.
- 4.Add your proxy username and password.
- 5.Use Check proxy to verify, then save the profile.

A static ISP or a sticky residential session suits Multilogin better than per-request rotation, which would change the account's IP mid-session.

Why does Multilogin work better with a static IP?
Because a browser profile is a persistent identity and an address that changes under it contradicts that. A static ISP proxy or a long sticky session lets the profile look like the same person returning, while per-request rotation makes one account appear to move country mid-session.
Can I use one proxy for several Multilogin profiles?
You can, and it undermines the separation you are paying for. Distinct fingerprints sharing one exit address are still linkable by that address, so the profiles are only as separate as their weakest shared signal. One profile, one address.
Does Multilogin handle proxy authentication?
Yes, it stores the host, port, username and password per profile, so authenticated proxies work without the workarounds a plain browser needs. Enter the credentials in the profile's proxy settings rather than trying to embed them in a URL.
How do I check the profile is actually using the proxy?
Open the profile and load an IP-echo page inside it, then confirm the address and country match what you configured. Check for DNS and WebRTC leaks in the same session, since both operate outside the proxied path and neither shows up in an IP check.
