Multilogin alternatives: what to check before you switch

A Multilogin alternative, judged by a competitor who says so up front: the record we hold, the gaps in it, and the test that outranks this page.

Free proxies won't hold up here.

Shared datacenter IPs get flagged and dropped fast. When it has to hold, gaming, streaming, accounts, you need mobile and residential IPs that read as a real device, from $0.44/GB, pay as you go.

Residential proxies

People arrive at a proxy provider comparison for one of two reasons: the price moved, or the thing stopped working. This page assumes you are in one of those two positions with Multilogin and wants to be useful in ten minutes rather than impressive in thirty.

Multilogin on the record

Multilogin operates from multilogin.com.

What we do not hold is a current, sourced price for Multilogin. Rather than print a figure we cannot stand behind, this page leaves it out and tells you what to look for when you read their page yourself.

Note the price, the unit it is quoted in, the minimum, and the expiry. Unit and expiry are where most comparisons in this market quietly go wrong.

What is on their front page

As of 9 September 2026 the tab reads "Cloud Phones for Social Media Accounts, Multilogin". The one-paragraph pitch on their own page: "Run and manage multiple social media accounts with Multilogin Android cloud phones. Built for individuals, teams and AI agents. Start for FREE now!"

What else that page states, without interpretation:

The product lines named on that page are mobile. They advertise 150 countries or locations. The page offers some form of free trial. Support is advertised as around the clock. Their pricing page is titled "Multilogin Pricing, Start Free, No Credit Card Required".

Treat all of it as advertising, because it is. Its value is that it is dated and quotable, which is more than most comparison pages offer.

The domain record

The domain was registered on 13 June 2017, through Internet Domain Service BS Corp, which makes it about 9 years old. That record was read from the registry on 23 April 2026. The Internet Archive holds 103 snapshots of the site, the earliest from June 2008. The registry shows it renewed to 13 June 2029.

Age is not quality. A long registration does not make a network good, and a new one does not make it bad. What it does rule out is the shortest-lived pattern in this market, which is a site that appears, sells, and is gone inside a year.

On the record about the company itself: Owns NodeMaven (its proxy arm).

How much site there is

We crawled 11.362 pages of their site and found 1.833 blog pages and 4 pricing pages.

Read it as a map of what they emphasise. It is our count, from our crawler, on the date shown, and it is the only figure on this page that neither of us can dispute.

Signs of life

Our crawl of their site found 10,261 pages carrying a date, 1,833 of them articles. The oldest is from June 2024 and the newest from August 2026. 6,915 of them carry a date inside the last twelve months.

Recent dates prove somebody is still at the keyboard. They prove nothing about the network, which is what the test at the end of this page is for.

Where the interest in Multilogin goes

Google reports 740 searches a month worldwide across the terms carrying this brand: 390 a month for their pricing, 210 a month for an alternative to them and 140 a month for a review of them. Figures read from Google Keyword Planner on 9 September 2026.

Most of that demand is people trying to work out what it costs. That is what this page is written for, and it is why the sections above lead with what is published rather than with a verdict.

The top bid on those terms reaches $5.57 a click. That is the market pricing its own customers, and it explains why almost every other result you found is an affiliate page.

The parts no marketing page answers

The country total, and the country you use

Country totals are counted generously across this whole market. A country with a handful of addresses counts the same as one with hundreds of thousands. If your work depends on one location, test that location before you switch.

Match the units before anything else

Work out what your job actually consumes, in gigabytes or in concurrent addresses, before you look at any price. Without that number, no two quotations in this market can be compared at all.

What happens when it breaks at two in the morning

Test the support channel before you need it. Ask something specific and technical, and judge both the speed and whether the answer came from somebody who understood the question.

A test worth more than this comparison

Do this once and you will never need a comparison page for this decision again.

  1. Open an account on each and add the smallest amount they take. Skip the trial if a paid unit is cheap enough to buy outright.
  2. Point both at your real target, through your real tool, on the same day, with the same mix of requests.
  3. Count how many requests returned what you wanted, and how much bandwidth each side spent doing it.
  4. Spot-check the exits. Confirm they are in the country you paid for and the connection type you were sold.
  5. Take the winner and set a reminder to run this again, since a result has a shelf life of about a quarter.

Where HProxy sits in that test

Our own lane is easy to state. Residential starts at $0.44 per GB, the balance is topped up when you want and does not expire, there is no subscription unless the optional discount suits you, and city and ISP targeting are included rather than sold separately. If the test above puts us second on your target, buy the winner.

Frequently asked questions

Why look for a Multilogin alternative at all?
The usual reasons any buyer compares two providers: the pricing model stopped fitting the usage pattern, a target started blocking, a specific country underperformed, a balance expired, or support went quiet. None of those is visible from a marketing page, which is why a small paid test on your own target settles it faster than any review.
What does Multilogin advertise?
We do not hold a current, sourced price for Multilogin, so this page does not print one. Read their own pricing page for the rate, the minimum and the commitment, and note the date you read it, because all three move.
How do I compare two providers fairly?
Match the units first, because residential is billed per gigabyte, datacenter and ISP per address, and mobile per day or per port. Then compare the rate you can actually reach today rather than the volume tier behind a commitment. Finish by measuring the success rate on your own target, since a cheap request that fails costs more than a dearer one that works.
Is a cheaper provider usually worse?
Not reliably. Price in this market reflects the supply model and the sales overhead as much as the network. What price does not tell you is the success rate on your target, and that is the figure that decides whether the cheaper option was cheap or expensive. Measure before assuming either way.
How is HProxy different?
The models differ more than the products do. HProxy is pay as you go from a balance you top up when you want, the balance does not expire, there is no subscription unless the optional discount suits you, and residential starts at $0.44 per GB with city and ISP targeting included. Whether that beats a tiered plan depends on your usage pattern, which a short test settles.

Proxies that don't die mid-job

Residential, ISP, datacenter and mobile, verified by the same engine that runs tens of millions of checks. They read as a real device and hold up under load. Pay as you go, and your balance never expires. $0.44/GB is the 2,000 GB+ rate; a single gigabyte is $0.50/GB, with no minimum order.
