A static ISP proxy costs a median $3.50 for one IP for 30 days. We priced the same order at 31 sellers, from price lists read between September 26 and October 26, 2026. The rate falls as the order grows: a median $3.00 per IP at 10 IPs, $2.68 at 100 and $2.50 at 1,000. Only shared plans go under $0.35 per IP. Our own static ISP proxies cost $2.70/IP a month, from one IP to 1,000.
Static ISP and static residential name the same product. It is an address registered to an internet provider, rented to you for a set period.
How much does a static ISP proxy cost per IP in 2026?
The median falls by 29% from one IP to 1,000:
| Order | Median per IP | Middle half of sellers |
|---|---|---|
| 1 IP | $3.50 | $2.87 to $10.00 |
| 10 IPs | $3.00 | $2.75 to $3.69 |
| 100 IPs | $2.68 | $2.50 to $3.20 |
| 1,000 IPs | $2.50 | $2.09 to $3.20 |
Each figure is the cheapest purchase that covers the order, divided by the IPs you need. The range for one IP is wide because nine sellers take no single IP. From 10 IPs up, the middle half of sellers sit within about a dollar of each other.
Why does one IP cost so much at some sellers?
Minimum orders. Nine of the 31 sellers sell no single IP, so one IP costs their smallest plan:
| Seller | Smallest purchase | One IP costs |
|---|---|---|
| Decodo | 3 IPs | $9.99 |
| Shifter | 4 IPs | $10.00 |
| ProxyOmega | 5 IPs | $16.25 |
| Rayobyte | 5 IPs | $25.00 |
| Massive | 10 IPs | $30.00 |
| Oxylabs | a $30 plan, up to 10 IPs | $30.00 |
| Bright Data | 10 IPs | $35.00 |
| WealthProxies | 25 IPs | $37.50 |
| Webshare, dedicated | 20 IPs | $42.00 |
The other 22 sell one IP, for $2.25 to $6.90 a month. If you need one or two addresses, look at the minimum order before the rate per IP.
Which sellers have the cheapest ISP proxies?
It depends on the size of the order. For one IP, the cheapest were Proxying at $2.25, ArnProxy and Evomi at $2.50, Geonix at $2.70 and Proxy-Cheap at $2.71. Proxying lists US networks such as AT&T and Comcast, and gives no volume discount.
From 10 IPs up, Shifter's plans cost the least per IP: $2.00 at 10, $1.40 at 100 and $0.98 at 1,000. At 1,000 IPs, LemonClub came next at $1.13, then Massive and BuyPersonalProxy at $1.80 and ProxyWing at $1.90. The most expensive seller from 10 IPs up was 911Proxy, at $6.90 per IP for any amount.
Are there static residential proxies under $0.35 per IP?
Only shared ones. Webshare's shared static residential plan costs $0.30 per IP from 20 to 250 IPs, so $6 a month for 20. At 10,000 IPs it falls to $0.225. Decodo prints "From $0.27/IP" for its shared option, with no plan size next to it.
No dedicated price in the 31 lists came close. The lowest rate in the sample was Shifter's $0.70 per IP, on its 5,000-IP plan at $3,500 a month. Two more pages print a floor with no plan behind it. Proxiware shows "from $0.50 / IP per 30 days", and Rayobyte an enterprise rate "from $0.95 /IP a month at scale with a commitment".
Can static residential proxies be shared?
Yes. A shared static IP serves several customers at the same time, and a dedicated one serves only you. Four sellers print both prices on one page:
Bright Data charges $2.75 per dedicated IP and $1.45 per shared IP at 100 IPs. On its $30 plan, Oxylabs charges $3.00 per dedicated IP and $1.50 per semi-dedicated one, shared with up to 3 users. Evomi sells three grades: shared at $1.00, private at $2.50 and virgin at $4.50. It says the grades differ by how many other customers have used the address.
Webshare's gap is the widest: $2.10 per dedicated IP against $0.30 shared, both at 20 IPs. Its middle grade, private, is shared with one or two users, at $0.93 per IP for 25.
A shared IP's reputation also depends on what its other users do. That matters for logins and accounts, and much less for reading public pages.
Per IP or per GB: which costs less?
Per GB, when each IP carries little traffic. Rainproxy sells both ways. A dedicated IP costs $2.75 a month. Traffic on its shared static pool costs $3.20 per GB for 1 GB, down to $1.35 per GB for 1 TB. So one dedicated IP costs what 0.86 GB costs at the 1 GB rate.
At Bright Data, one dedicated IP at the 10-IP rate of $3.50 costs what 0.44 GB costs at $8 per GB. An IP that moves under 1 GB a month is cheaper per GB, and a busy IP is cheaper per IP. Our study of headless browser bandwidth shows how many GB a scraping job uses.
Is ISP proxy bandwidth really unlimited?
Most sellers print "unlimited", and some name a ceiling. ProxyEmpire writes "Unlimited traffic, with a fair use cap of 100 GB per IP per month". Bright Data set 100 GB of fair usage per IP per month in our September record. Rayobyte prints "unlimited bandwidth*", and its pricing FAQ capped static use at 200 GB in the same month. Oxylabs offers unlimited bandwidth with fair usage.
Before you push heavy traffic through a few IPs, ask the seller for its fair-use number.
How do the rental term and the country change the price?
Longer terms cut the monthly rate by 5% to 20%. ProxySwag charges $2.99 a month for one IP on a 1-month term and $2.63 on 12 months. ProxyWing takes 5%, 7% and 10% off for 3, 6 and 12 months. Proxiware takes 10% off for 60 days and 20% for 90, and Proxy-Cheap charges the same on 12 months as on one.
Short rentals cost more per day. A week cost 30% to 45% of a month at three sellers. Proxygen charged $1.50 against $5.00, GridPanel $1.00 against $3.00 and NovProxy $1.80 against $4.00 in the US.
The country moves the price most. NovProxy charges $3.20 to $6.80 for 30 days, by location, and $4.00 in the US. 711Proxy's cheapest locations cost $3.50 and one Hong Kong line $13.90. Proxygen charges $5 in 93 of its 127 regions and $8 in the other 34. Massive's ISP proxies cover the US only.
Where does HProxy sit?
Our static ISP proxies cost $2.70/IP a month for each IP, at the same rate from one IP to 1,000, with no minimum order. For one IP, 3 of the 31 sellers charge less, and for 10 IPs, 6 of 30. At 100 IPs, 14 of 27 charge less, and at 1,000 IPs, 16 of 27.
So we suit buyers of one to a few dozen IPs, and a large order costs less at a volume seller. Each IP is yours alone for the period, with unlimited bandwidth, as our static ISP proxies page states. For a new exit on every request, our rotating ISP proxies bill per GB.
Method
The sample. 31 sellers with a current 30-day price list for static ISP IPs, in US dollars, in our records. We read 13 of the pages again through our server on October 26, 2026. The other 18 come from records made on September 26 and 27, 2026. Some sellers we track are not in the sample. Among them are sellers that price in other currencies and pages with only a "from" price and no plan. Sellers that closed and plans billed only by the year are out too.
The rule. For each order, the cheapest single purchase that covers it for 30 days, per IP needed. Fixed packs could be bought more than once, and a tier rate applies from its size up. We used regular prices without codes, took the cheapest location where prices differ by country, and left out IPv6-only plans. The sample holds dedicated plans and plans not described as shared; shared plans appear in the shared section only. A size that a seller's page does not price is left out of that size. Oxylabs sells one subscription for all its products, and the plan sets the rate, so it appears at 1 and 10 IPs only.
HProxy is not in the sample. Our records have been corrected before, after a re-check in August 2026, as correcting our own price data explains.
What this page could not check
- We tested no speed, success rate or block rate at any seller, ours included.
- We could not check whether each seller's IPs are registered to consumer internet providers or to hosting ranges.
- 18 of the 31 price lists come from records of September 26 and 27, 2026, and prices may have changed since.
- Taxes and payment fees are not in the numbers. Decodo prints "+ VAT" next to its totals.
- Stock is not in the numbers either: a plan can sell out in one location.
- We will check every number on this page again by January 26, 2027.
