IPDeep is trading at ipdeep.com. It sells rotating residential and mobile traffic in packages by the gigabyte, unlimited residential plans by the day, and static residential IPs by the month. Residential traffic costs $6.50 for 5 GB, and every package expires after a set period, 30 days for the smallest. Its terms name no company and fall under the laws of the Chinese mainland. The like-for-like prices are in the alternatives table.

The terms can require a real-name check, and they let the operator freeze an account and its funds. The first archived copy of the proxy shop dates from January 2026.
What IPDeep sells, and what it costs
Prices come from its product pages, read on 27 September 2026. Residential and mobile traffic come in six packages each, with the same validity periods.

Per gigabyte, residential runs from $1.30 in the trial package to about $0.53 in the 10 TB package, counting 1 TB as 1,000 GB. Mobile runs from $5.00 to $1.50. The residential pool claims tens of millions of IPs in more than 200 countries and regions. It works over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, with rotation on demand or on a timer.
The other products:
- Unlimited residential: a set bandwidth by the day, from $28.50 a day at 100 Mbps to $199.50 a day at 1000 Mbps. The price card shows three days, $85.50 at 100 Mbps.
- Static residential: one exclusive IP by the month, priced by country. Its Asia-Pacific list runs from $3.20 in Japan to $7.70 in the Philippines.
- Special offers: static IPs from $1.60 a month in London, $2.00 in Tokyo and $2.20 in Paris, while stock lasts.
- A sign-up gift: 500 MB of free traffic or a $2 voucher.
The fine print that decides the cost
Traffic expires with the package. The 5 GB trial is valid for 30 days and the 10 GB package for 180 days. Only the 10 TB package lasts 1,800 days.
No company named. The terms are an agreement with "the operator of IP Deep", under the laws of the Chinese mainland. Disputes go to the court where the agreement is signed.
A real-name check on request. The operator may "require you to complete real-name authentication" before the full service.
Frozen funds. The operator may freeze an account and its funds in listed cases. Among them are a complaint backed by preliminary evidence and any case it judges risky.
Crawling in the terms. The list of forbidden acts includes "network attacks, web crawling, scanning, penetration" and other acts that harm other systems. It also forbids breaking the robots rules of a target site. The product pages sell the same proxies for data collection, so ask before a scraping job.
No refund clause. We found no refund terms on its pages.

The fair comparison is the smallest purchase and the lowest rate each vendor prints. IPDeep prints package totals, so its rates per GB are ours, counting 1 TB as 1,000 GB. IPDeep, DigiProxy and Rainproxy were read on 27 September 2026, the others a day earlier.

IPDeep targets its residential pool by country and region, and its FAQ also names cities, so the like-for-like row on our side is Premium, at $1.49 per GB from the first gigabyte. Both of ours are on our residential price table.

Our mobile proxies are targeted by country and billed by the gigabyte. For fixed addresses, our ISP proxies cost $2.70 per IP for a month, from one address. We sell no unlimited residential plan.
Where IPDeep is the better buy
Unlimited traffic by the day. Its unlimited plan charges for a set bandwidth by the day, from $28.50 at 100 Mbps. A job that moves many gigabytes pays a known daily price, while our residential traffic is billed by the gigabyte.
Mobile IPs by region. Its mobile proxies target by country and region. Ours target by country only.
A free start. A new account gets 500 MB of free traffic or a $2 voucher.
Where HProxy is the better fit
Traffic that does not expire. Our balance never expires, so a gigabyte bought today is still there next year. IPDeep traffic ends with its package, after 30 days for the trial package.
A company you can name. Our imprint names Obsidian UG in Herford, Germany. IPDeep names no company, and its terms fall under the laws of the Chinese mainland.
A written refund policy. Our refund policy returns wallet top-ups you have not spent within 14 days, to the card or crypto wallet that paid. We found no refund clause in the IPDeep terms.

The limits of this record
We did not test IPDeep, so nothing here grades speed or success. Its pool sizes are its own claims. The static prices we read cover its Asia-Pacific list and its special offers only. It names no company, so there was none to check in a register, and we could read no Trustpilot page. This page is due for a check by 27 December 2026.
