GloryCloud (glorycloud.com) is the proxy company that was called GoProxy until April 2026. It sells rotating residential, ISP, mobile and datacenter proxies, unlimited residential plans by the hour or day, and scraping APIs. On 27 September 2026 its residential proxies cost $7 for one gigabyte, falling to $0.75 a GB at 2,000 GB, with city targeting included. For the comparison, jump to the alternatives table.

What GloryCloud sells
Rotating residential. A pool it puts at more than 90 million IPs in 195 countries, with free targeting by continent, country, state and city. Sessions rotate or stick, and it allows unlimited sessions at once.
ISP proxies. Static IPs from what it calls trusted ISP networks, shared or dedicated, rented for 7, 30 or 90 days.
Mobile proxies. Rotating 3G, 4G and 5G IPs, from a pool it puts at more than 19 million, sold by the gigabyte.
Datacenter proxies. Rotating datacenter traffic sold by the gigabyte, and static datacenter IPs sold one IP at a time.
Unlimited residential and scraping. Plans billed by the hour or the day with no cap on traffic, from $20 for one hour, and managed scraping APIs from $1 for 1,000 records.
What GloryCloud charges
Every price below comes from its price and product pages, read on 27 September 2026. The table shows eight of its eleven residential plans, and most show a discount against a higher list price.

A Mini plan sells 1 GB of residential traffic for $4.99, and new users start with a $1 credit. The pages we read do not say how long purchased gigabytes last.
Mobile traffic costs $4 a GB at 1 GB and falls to $2.30 at 500 GB. Rotating datacenter traffic costs $0.60 a GB at 50 GB and goes down to $0.30. In its default view, the ISP page prices a shared IP for 7 days at $2.50 in Illinois, $3.50 in New York, Seattle and Texas, and up to $4.50 in its premium cities.
The fine print
Few refunds. Its terms say it does not support refunds "under most circumstances". The two exceptions are a double order placed at the same time and a plan bought by mistake with no use for it. Subscription fees "cannot be cancelled or refunded".
Paid up front, trial by survey. Fees are due in full before a product is delivered, and the free trial needs a short use-case survey before support activates it within 24 hours.
Pages that disagree. The residential page promises sticky sessions of "Up to 2h+", while its FAQ says premium options "can sticky up to 24h+", and the unlimited plans stick for up to 60 minutes. The pricing page offers a trial of "100MB traffic", the residential page "100M within 7 days".
Who you deal with. The terms name Beyond Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, and they can suspend an account at once for fraud risks or illegal use.
From GoProxy to GloryCloud
The name goproxy.com dates from 2004, but it pointed to parked pages in 2012 and 2016. By March 2024 it carried "GoProxy Residential Proxy Server Provider", with a pool of more than 90 million IPs.
On 28 April 2026 the company announced that "GoProxy is now GloryCloud" and moved its site to glorycloud.com. It said it remains "the same company with the same team". The domain glorycloud.com had been listed for sale in 2016, and both domains now use the same name servers.
Where GloryCloud is stronger
Low rates at volume. $1.00 a GB at 500 GB and $0.75 at 2,000 GB, with city targeting included.
Many product lines. Residential, ISP, mobile and datacenter, unlimited plans by the hour or day, and scraping APIs in one account.
A small free trial. 100 MB of residential or mobile traffic, or a static IP for a day.
Where HProxy differs

One gigabyte for less. Premium, our pool with state, city and ISP targeting, costs $1.49/GB for one gigabyte, against $7 on the GloryCloud table. Its sticky sessions last from 3 minutes to 24 hours, and SOCKS5 lines carry UDP.
By country for less. Our Lite pool targets by country at $0.50/GB for one gigabyte, and purchased gigabytes have no scheduled expiry date.
Mobile by the gigabyte. Our rotating mobile proxies cost $1.50/GB, against $4 a GB for 1 GB on GloryCloud.
Static addresses. A dedicated ISP address costs $2.70/IP for a month, and datacenter IPv4 $1.58/IP for a month.
Payment and paperwork. We take cards, Alipay and thirty-two crypto options, and we ask for no documents at sign-up or at an ordinary checkout.
Where we are behind. From 500 GB, the GloryCloud residential rate is at or below our Premium price, where our lowest is $1.00/GB from 1,000 GB+. We also sell no unlimited plans by the hour and no scraping API.

Who GloryCloud suits
It suits a team that buys hundreds of gigabytes of residential traffic with city targeting, or wants unlimited traffic for an hour or a day, from one provider with many product lines.
It suits you less if you buy a gigabyte or two at a time, need a refund if the service disappoints, or want to know how long your traffic lasts.
Before you commit
Take the free trial first and test it on your own target. Ask support how long purchased gigabytes remain valid before you buy a large plan. Our proxy checker shows whether an address answers, how fast, and from where, whoever sold it.
The limits of this review
We did not test the GloryCloud network. Every price and rule here comes from its own pages as they stood on 27 September 2026, and its pool sizes are its own claims. The history comes from its announcement, the Internet Archive and the registry records.
