Buy a Residential Proxy for Thailand: Networks, Payment and Prices

A residential proxy for Thailand gives you an IP from a Thai internet provider. Thai sites then treat your requests as a visit from Thailand. Use it for jobs that need a local view: prices and stock on Thai stores, local search results, and checks in one city.

Three facts shape the purchase. Three holders own over half of Thailand's IPv4 addresses. Almost every working free Thai proxy on our list was flagged on October 25, 2026. And Thai exchanges may not help you pay for goods with crypto. Our residential proxies target Thailand at $0.50/GB for one GB.

Which networks does a Thai IP come from?

An IP belongs to the provider that connects the user. APNIC, the internet registry for the Asia Pacific region, lists every block it gives out, with the holder's country. Its file of October 26, 2026 lists 8,920,832 IPv4 addresses for Thailand, in 1,167 blocks held by 255 holders:

True Internet holds 2,026,496 addresses, Advanced Wireless Network 1,869,824 and TOT 1,224,448. The ten largest holders have 80.3% of the country's IPv4 space. The 222 holders with 16,384 addresses or fewer share only 3.4%.

The registry also shows how home addresses work. TOT's record for one of its largest blocks reads "Dynamic IP Address for residential Broadband Customers". A Thai home connection can therefore get a different address over time.

Thailand also uses the newer address system, IPv6, widely. APNIC Labs measured 53.1% of users in Thailand as IPv6-capable in the 30 days to October 23, 2026. A year earlier the share was 51.0%, and in October 2020 it was 36.1%.

How many residential IPs can a seller have in Thailand?

The registry gives you a yardstick: 8.92 million IPv4 addresses for all of Thailand. We read the Thailand pages of five sellers through our server on October 25, 2026. Two printed a Thailand number:

SellerAdvertisedOf Thailand's IPv4
Bright Data1,412,91515.8%
ProxyWing165,0001.8%

For Bright Data we listed the title's 1,412,915. The same page's text says 353,228 Thailand IPs, one quarter of that.

The other three, Decodo, NodeMaven and Byteful, print only worldwide numbers on their Thailand pages. A worldwide number tells you nothing about Thailand.

Before you compare pools, ask a seller two questions. Over how many days was the number counted? And does it include datacenter or IPv6 addresses? We do not publish a pool size per country ourselves.

What does a Thai IP change?

Sites read your IP to decide where you are. Google's help page says "IP addresses are roughly based on geography", and your location "helps to show you nearby results". An IP in Thailand shows you the Thai version of a page.

A Thai IP makes these jobs possible:

  • Price and stock checks. See the prices, offers and stock that stores show to shoppers in Thailand.
  • Search results. Track rankings and local results as a user in Thailand sees them.
  • City checks. See what a site shows in Bangkok, Chiang Mai or Phuket, with Residential Premium.
  • Ad checks. Confirm that a campaign for Thailand shows in Thailand, and how.

Residential Lite targets the country at the lowest rate. Residential Premium adds city and network targeting. Our page on Thai proxies lists 166 cities in 60 regions and 52 networks, from the Premium pool lists of October 9, 2026.

What does a Thai proxy not do?

A proxy changes your IP and nothing else. A site that forbids proxies forbids this one as well, and its rules apply to your work. Detection services also list residential proxies: MaxMind's Anonymous IP database has a flag for them. Our guide to how websites detect proxies explains the other checks.

Why do free Thai proxies fail?

Our collector reads the free proxy lists published online. Since May 13, 2026, we have seen 9,315 Thai IPs on those lists, and 3,163 ever worked. On October 25, 98 were working:

Most of them, 64 of the 98, sat on TOT's network. The reputation check had flagged almost every one. A free proxy is fine for testing your code. Our free proxy list for Thailand shows the working ones.

How do you pay from Thailand?

You have two ways to pay at our checkout:

  1. Card, from $10. Visa and Mastercard work at checkout.
  2. Crypto, from $3. No card is involved. Our guide to buying proxies with crypto shows what each network charges to send a payment.

One Thai rule matters for crypto. Since April 1, 2022, Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission has barred licensed digital asset businesses from supporting crypto payments for goods and services. An exchange that sees a trading account used to pay can warn the client and suspend the service.

Both ways top up one balance, and the balance never expires. PayPal is not offered at our checkout. Our payment options page lists every method.

How much traffic does a Thai job need?

Size it from the pages you load. HTTP Archive's Web Almanac 2024 measured the median desktop page at 2,652 KB and the median mobile page at 2,311 KB. One GB therefore covers roughly 380 full desktop page loads.

A job that skips images and scripts needs far less. Load twenty typical pages through the proxy, read the traffic it used in the dashboard, and multiply.

Which one should you buy?

For most Thai jobs, buy Residential Lite with Thailand as the country, at $0.50/GB for one GB and $0.44 per GB at volume. Free Thai proxies lose: almost every working one on our list was flagged. Choose Residential Premium when the job needs a city, a network or a sticky session of up to 24 hours. It costs $1.49/GB for one GB and $1.00 per GB at volume. Our residential proxies page has the full price list.

What this page could not check

  • We tested no speed, success rate or block rate, on any network, ours included.
  • We do not publish which Thai networks our own exits come from, or how many there are.
  • APNIC's file counts addresses given out, which is neither the addresses in use nor a count of users.
  • Seller pool numbers are as advertised on October 25, 2026. We could not check what each one counts.
  • The SEC's own page blocked our request, so we read its announcement through a search engine.
  • The free proxy figures come from one day and one IP reputation check.
  • We will check every number on this page again by January 25, 2027.
