Why the dead addresses are listed too
Most free-proxy sites show you what answered on the last sweep and quietly drop everything else, which makes a network look empty on a bad day and hides the thing you probably wanted to know: whether proxies keep appearing on Bunny at all. We hold 1,012 addresses on this operator and 1,000 of them are answering right now. Both numbers are true and only one of them is useful on its own.
What a Bunny address is and is not
An autonomous system number identifies a network run as one unit. When a proxy sits on Bunny, the machine hosting it lives inside that operator's address space, which is what a site sees when you connect. Filtering by network is useful when you specifically want, or specifically want to avoid, one provider's addresses. It says nothing about whether any individual address is fast, private or still alive in a minute.

Because "does Bunny keep producing open proxies" is the question an operator page can actually answer, and a live-only snapshot cannot. 12 of the addresses we hold here answered before and are silent now; we say so next to every one rather than dressing any of them up as live.

You can use HProxy's free proxy list, which needs no API key and no account.
GET https://hproxy.com/api/proxy-list?format=json returns the live pool as JSON. Useful query parameters: country (ISO alpha-2, e.g. de), protocol (http, https, socks4, socks5), anonymity (elite, anonymous, transparent) and limit. Add format=txt for plain ip:port lines instead.
Each proxy comes back with ip, port, protocols, anonymity, country_code, city, asn_org, latency_ms and uptime_24h. The pool is re-checked around the clock, so ask for it fresh rather than caching it.
