Readers land here mid-decision, usually with a cart open somewhere. The fastest thing we can do is set out what Proxy11 publishes, what it does not, and what a few dollars of testing settles better than any argument.
What we can and cannot tell you about Proxy11
The company behind the name sits at proxy11.com. We carry them as a free proxy list.
Proxy11 is not in our priced record, so nothing about their rate appears below. That gap is stated rather than filled, which is the only honest option available.
Their pricing page will answer three of the four questions that matter. Send an email for the fourth, which is usually whether blocked requests are billed, and keep the reply.
What Proxy11 says about itself today
On 9 September 2026 their homepage carried the title "Free Proxy API and Proxy List, Proxy11.COM". The one-paragraph pitch on their own page: "Get fresh free proxy lists and a simple proxy API in TXT, JSON, CSV, and XML formats for Python, Node.js, scripts, crawlers, and automation tools."
What else that page states, without interpretation:
The page offers some form of free trial. Their pricing page is titled "Proxies Pricing, Proxy11.COM".
That is the vendor speaking, not us. We print it because a claim with a date attached is at least falsifiable.
The domain record
The domain was registered on 14 May 2015, through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com, which makes it about 11 years old. Registry data as of 9 September 2026. It is paid up until 14 May 2027.
Read that as a floor rather than a recommendation. Longevity says somebody has kept paying the registrar, and in a market with this much churn that is worth ten seconds of your attention.
The operator, and why it matters
We checked this one by hand on 6 September 2026. It is a list, and we record the operator as independent.
As far as we can establish it is run independently rather than by a proxy vendor. That usually means it survives on advertising, which shapes the site rather than the data.
The Internet Archive has it from 25 May 2007 to 10 March 2025, about 11 years of coverage. The domain was registered 14 May 2015 through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com.
What none of that tells you is how many of the addresses answer today. We publish our own measurement of that on the free side: of 589918 addresses discovered, 4023 were alive at the last check, with a median lifespan of 145 hours. Any list without a check date is describing a past that has already gone.
The parts no marketing page answers
A pool total is not a promise
Nobody audits pool totals in this market, and the counting rules differ between vendors. Even an accurate figure describes addresses that exist, not addresses you will be routed through. Treat it as a marketing unit rather than a capability.
Why 195 countries tells you nothing
Country totals are counted generously across this whole market. A country with a handful of addresses counts the same as one with hundreds of thousands. If your work depends on one location, test that location before you switch.
The day something goes wrong
Test the support channel before you need it. Ask something specific and technical, and judge both the speed and whether the answer came from somebody who understood the question.

That comparison covers what is publishable. What is not publishable, and what actually decides this, is how many of your requests come back correct.
A test worth more than this comparison
Do this once and you will never need a comparison page for this decision again.
- Open an account on each and add the smallest amount they take. Skip the trial if a paid unit is cheap enough to buy outright.
- Point both at your real target, through your real tool, on the same day, with the same mix of requests.
- Log successes, failures and gigabytes used. Cost per successful request is the figure you are after.
- Verify a slice of the exits independently. Country labels in this market are self-reported and are not always right.
- Take the winner and set a reminder to run this again, since a result has a shelf life of about a quarter.
