OnlyFans Proxy: Access, Age Checks and the Terms

People who search for an OnlyFans proxy ask which countries allow OnlyFans, why a VPN meets an age check, and how agencies run creator accounts, going by Google autocomplete. The short answer: OnlyFans requires fans to be 18 and legally permitted to view content where they are. It checks their country of residence before an account starts. The terms do not mention proxies or VPNs.

What the terms require of fans and creators

The Terms of Use were last updated in August 2024. For a fan account they set these requirements, among others:

"You must be at least 18 years old";
"You must be legally permitted to join, view Content, and to use any functionality provided by OnlyFans";
you agree to pay for creator interactions where required.

"If you do not meet the above requirements, you must not access or use OnlyFans". A creator must also "Upload a valid form of ID and two photos of you", add payout details, and "Submit additional age or identity verification information any time we ask for it". The terms do not mention proxies, VPNs or IP addresses.

The checks before a fan account starts

The Privacy Policy was last updated in June 2026. It describes processes "intended to ensure that: (i) all Fans on OnlyFans are at least 18 years of age; and (ii) Fans in certain circumstances or locations verify their identity". Before a fan account starts, OnlyFans will "Check your country of residence". That check is "intended to ensure lawful access to OnlyFans and the Services".

It may also ask for a third-party age check. "The specific process will depend upon your location, or other circumstances", such as suspicious activity on your account. The options include email address age estimation, facial age estimation, and an ID check with a selfie. OnlyFans also records the "internet protocol (IP) address (and country code)" of your device.

Teams, agencies and account security

The terms expect creators to have help: "If you are a Creator and someone else assists you with the operation of your Creator account, this does not affect your legal responsibility". OnlyFans adds that "Our relationship is with you, and not with any third-party". It also says it is not responsible for "lost, stolen, or compromised User accounts, passwords, email accounts".

When OnlyFans suspends an account

OnlyFans may suspend or delete an account with 30 days of notice, for any reason. It may act at once, while it reviews the facts, if it thinks you have seriously or repeatedly breached the terms. The same goes when it suspects unlawful or fraudulent activity behind creator earnings. You can dispute its decisions under the Complaints Policy and the Appeals Policy.

What robots.txt covers

The OnlyFans robots.txt asks all crawlers to stay out of the media under every profile:

What our server got
