LivaProxy (livaproxy.com) is a Turkish company that sells proxies located in Turkey: 4.5G mobile proxies by the month, week or day, rotating proxies by the gigabyte, and IPv4, ISP and IPv6 addresses. On 27 September 2026 its site showed our reader only a Cloudflare check, so the prices below come from its last archived homepage, dated 14 January 2026. What LivaProxy sells
Turkish mobile proxies. 4.5G connections sold as packages of gigabytes by the month, the week or the day. Each comes with an IP reset link, automatic resets, HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, and access by IP or password.
Rotating proxies. A pool it describes as a mix of home, mobile and datacenter IPs, sold by the gigabyte, with sticky sessions and user name and password login.
IPv4 and ISP addresses. Dedicated Turkish addresses by the month, from one address upward.
IPv6 proxies. Turkish IPv6 packages, a rotating IPv6 service, and IPv6 proxy servers with /32 or /48 subnets.
Its about page of 2023 says it runs its mobile proxies in cooperation with the leading Turkish carriers, and that it also sells desktop software.

Rotating traffic cost ₺80 for 1 GB a month and ₺650 for 10 GB, about $1.85 and $15.05. A Turkish IPv4 address cost ₺50 a month and an ISP address ₺100, about $1.16 and $2.32. The WELCOME coupon took 10 percent off a first order.
The fine print
These rules come from its service terms, as archived on 6 October 2025.
Refunds on its own terms. A cancellation counts as a refund only if it meets its refund conditions. Fees paid after a renewal are not refunded, and neither is a product that does not suit you or that you chose by mistake.
Bans are yours. If a site blocks your proxy because of how you used it, the terms rule out a free replacement.
Turkish rules. The servers are in Turkey, and the proxies may not be used against Turkish law. The terms also ban every betting and gambling site, legal or not, and heavy request loads.
Who you deal with. LİVAPROXY Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi, with an address in Sultangazi, Istanbul, and a Turkish tax number on its contact page. At registration the terms ask you to confirm your identity details, including the Turkish national ID number.
How it changed
The domain was registered in January 2023. By November 2023 the site sold Turkish mobile proxies by the day, week and month, plus IPv6 packages, with pages in English. In January 2025 its title read "Fast and Quality Proxy Services", and by January 2026 "Türkiye Lokasyon Proxy Hizmetleri", proxy services located in Turkey. In September 2026 the live site shows automated readers only a Cloudflare check.
Where LivaProxy is stronger
Cheap Turkish mobile traffic at volume. ₺2,000 for 100 GB a month worked out at about $0.46 a GB in January 2026.
Short packages. Mobile traffic by the day or the week, with an IP reset link.
Local and in lira. A Turkish company, prices in lira, and support by phone in Turkey.

City and ISP targeting. Premium, our pool with state, city and ISP targeting, costs $1.49/GB for one gigabyte and $1.00/GB from 1,000 GB+. Lite targets by country at $0.50/GB for one gigabyte, and purchased residential gigabytes have no scheduled expiry date.
Mobile and static addresses. Our rotating mobile proxies cost $1.50/GB, targeted by country. A dedicated ISP address costs $2.70/IP for a month, and datacenter IPv4 $1.58/IP for a month.
Payment and paperwork. We take cards, Alipay and thirty-two crypto options, and we ask for no documents at sign-up or at an ordinary checkout.
Where we are behind. In January 2026, its larger Turkish mobile packages cost less per gigabyte than our $1.50/GB, and we sell nothing priced in lira.

Who LivaProxy suits
It suits a buyer in Turkey who needs Turkish mobile IPs for a day, a week or a month, pays in lira, and is ready to give a Turkish ID number at sign-up.
It suits you less if you need proxies outside Turkey, a refund when a plan disappoints, or a site your tools can read, since its current prices sit behind a check.
Before you commit
Open the site in a normal browser and compare its current prices with the January 2026 table above. Start with a daily package, and test the IPs on your own target. Our proxy checker shows whether an address answers, how fast, and from where, whoever sold it.
The limits of this review
We did not buy from LivaProxy or test its network. Its live site showed only a Cloudflare check, which we did not try to get past, so every price and rule here comes from archived pages of 2023, 2025 and January 2026. Prices may have changed since. Dollar figures use one exchange rate, of 14 January 2026.
