Two things decide whether a free proxy list works for you, and neither appears on a pricing page: how the pool behaves against your specific target, and what happens to money you have paid but not spent.
What is on file for FreeProxyList.cc
Their site is freeproxylist.cc. Category, as we track it: free proxy list.
We have no verified current rate for FreeProxyList.cc on file. Printing a guess would make this page worse than useless, so the price row below is empty and the reading list is not.
Find the rate available with no commitment, then find the cheapest rate and what it costs to reach. The distance between those two tells you what kind of vendor you are dealing with.
The site, as it reads today
The title tag on 9 September 2026 was "Free Proxy List, Free Proxy Server, Best Free Online web Proxy 2020". The description they publish for search engines reads: "Free proxy list(HTTP/SOCKS/SSL) updated every 3 minutes, Thousands of elite free proxy servers worldwide(US,China,India,Russia...), You can use free online web proxys to hide your real IP address."
Reading the same page for the things buyers actually ask about:
We found no separate pricing page linked from the homepage, which usually means the price arrives by quotation.
None of that is verified performance. It is what the vendor chose to publish, recorded with a date so you can see whether it still says the same thing.
Age, and why it matters here
The domain was registered on 12 July 2020, through Cloudflare, Inc, which makes it about 6 years old. Checked against the registry on 9 September 2026. The registration currently runs to 12 July 2027.
None of it predicts success rate. It is here because domain age and archive depth are free to check, and a provider whose public record starts last quarter deserves a smaller first order.
Who is behind the list
We checked this one by hand on 6 September 2026. It is a list, and we record the operator as independent.
It appears to be independently operated. That is the better case for neutrality, and it says nothing about whether the addresses work.
The Internet Archive has it from 3 August 2020 to 2 January 2026, about 7 years of coverage. The domain was registered 12 July 2020 through Cloudflare, Inc.
What none of that tells you is how many of the addresses answer today. We publish our own measurement of that on the free side: of 589918 addresses discovered, 4023 were alive at the last check, with a median lifespan of 145 hours. Any list without a check date is describing a past that has already gone.
What you still do not know after reading their site
Shared or dedicated changes everything
Ask how many accounts can sit on one address at once. Where the answer is unlimited or unspecified, price the plan as shared regardless of what the product is called.
The country total, and the country you use
Country totals are counted generously across this whole market. A country with a handful of addresses counts the same as one with hundreds of thousands. If your work depends on one location, test that location before you switch.
The response time nobody advertises
Support quality is invisible until it is the only thing that matters. A cheap provider that takes three days to answer a routing problem has cost you more than the saving, and no pricing page reveals that.
The two of us, on the questions that matter
Compare on these rows and ignore the feature lists on both sites:
| Question to ask | FreeProxyList.cc | HProxy |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Not verified by us, read their page | From $0.44/GB, pay as you go |
| Does unused balance expire? | Their terms page answers this | Never |
| Minimum commitment | Worth confirming in writing before you commit | None |
| Identity checks | Read their current terms | Card orders are screened, and verification is sometimes requested |
| Targeting | On their own terms page | Country, city and ISP |
| Free way to evaluate | Not published clearly, ask before paying | Free proxy list and proxy checker |
Where a cell points you at their terms, that is because the answer moves and a stale quotation would be worse than none. The missing row, in every table of this kind, is the one only your own measurement can fill.
The test that beats this page
It is a small amount of money for an answer that is actually about your target.
- Fund both accounts with the least money each will accept, and note what that minimum was, because it is part of the comparison.
- Aim both at the page that matters to you rather than a test endpoint, and keep every other variable fixed.
- Record the success rate and the data consumed for the identical batch on each side.
- Check some of the addresses yourself for country, ASN and type before you trust the label on the plan.
- Go with whichever performed, then measure again next quarter. Networks change underneath you.
The rest of the shortlist
Buyers comparing this name usually have two or three of these open in other tabs:
- Freeproxy alternatives
- Freeproxylists alternatives
- fyvri/fresh-proxy-list alternatives
- Geonix alternatives
- Geonode (old list host) alternatives
- hideip.me alternatives
Our own position
Our end of it is a wallet, four proxy types and no contract. Residential begins at $0.44 per GB and the balance does not expire. The free proxy list and checker are open to anyone, and they are the fastest way to see how we treat measurement before you spend anything.
