Traffic, not seats. Nothing renews, nothing expires.
Pay-as-you-go means the account holds a balance and every plan draws from it by the gigabyte. There is no monthly seat, no reset at the end of a billing period and no minimum you have to keep spending. A month without traffic costs nothing, and the balance is still there the month after.
Generating lines is free, instant and repeatable. Data is metered only by the bytes that pass through the proxy.

Each pool has one entry price per gigabyte, shown on this page from the live catalogue, and a volume ladder on the pricing page. The price you see is the price you pay; there is no per-request charge and no charge for failed connections.
Free to generate
Lines cost nothing. Bytes cost the listed price.
Ask for one line or a thousand: generation is free and repeatable, and every line draws from the same plan balance. Rotate the password and the old lines stop within seconds; generate again and you are back.

Subscriptions exist, and only for the recurring discount.
A subscription is optional. It is there for accounts that spend the same amount every month and want the recurring discount; it is never required, and pay as you go stays available at every volume.
