Pin every exit to one carrier by its AS number: Comcast, AT&T, Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom and every other network the gateway lists. One page per carrier, the numbers read live.
ISP targeting
A country and a network,named on every line.
A Premium residential line takes an asn field beside the country. The gateway then serves only addresses that the named network announces. Leave the field out and the line rotates through every network in the country.
The list of networks per country is the gateway's own, read at render time, so a carrier page here is a network the generator accepts today. A pin the gateway cannot serve is refused, never substituted.

What is ISP targeting?+
A field on a Premium residential line, asn, that pins every exit to one network by its AS number, together with a country. The gateway lists the networks it can pin per country; the carrier pages below are the operators people search for.
Which products have it?+
Residential Premium. Residential Lite targets by country only. Mobile and static ISP products are separate and are not sold on these pages.
Does pinning a network cost extra?+
No. You pay the Premium pool's price per gigabyte for the bytes that pass through the line. Generating lines is free.
Can I exclude a network instead of pinning one?+
Yes. excludeAsn takes up to 20 AS numbers to keep out of the rotation, on Premium lines, and cannot be combined with excludeCountries.
