Most free-proxy sites show you what answered on the last sweep and quietly drop everything else, which makes a network look empty on a bad day and hides the thing you probably wanted to know: whether proxies keep appearing on Enzu at all. What a Enzu address is and is not
An autonomous system number identifies a network run as one unit.
