Viewpro no longer answers. We re-checked it the day this page was written, over three routes, and nothing came back. The record of the years before that is below.
When the lights went out
Checked on 9 September 2026 over https, www and plain http, the domain returned nothing (UND_ERR_CONNECT_TIMEOUT). No holding page, no error from a working server, simply no answer.
The archive stops returning a real page after September 2021, having kept 48 of them. Crawls continued; the site did not.
What it said about itself at the end
As of its last working snapshot in September 2021, the title read "New Proxy 2020 - Viewpro.info - proxy for blocked sites". Above the fold it said "Viewpro - New Proxy 2020". Its search snippet read: "Bypass your networks firewall and visit MySpace, bebo, friendster, facebook"
Preserved copy has one advantage over a live page: it cannot be edited after the fact. What it shows is the promise, not the product.
What they sold
The archive first captured a working page in October 2010.
The public record holds that much. It shows a company that was real and shipping, and nothing about how well.
What the registry shows
The domain was registered on 21 August 2025 through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com. That makes the name about 1 years old. Someone renewed it through 21 August 2027 despite the site being gone. Checked against the registry on 9 September 2026.
We stop short of a cause deliberately. The registration and archive trail shows when things stopped and nothing about why, and the difference between those two claims is the difference between a fact and a defamation.

Where former customers end up
If you still have money or traffic sitting with them, the realistic options are a chargeback if the payment is recent enough for your card scheme, and a written record of what you paid for. Prepaid balances with a company that has stopped answering are rarely recovered any other way.
Choosing a replacement: weight the terms as heavily as the price. A balance that expires and a large minimum top-up are the two features that turn a shutdown into a real loss.
