How it described itself
Archived December 2019, the page called itself "IP Change Proxy - Keep Your Computer Address Hidden". The banner line read "Welcome to our free IP Changer proxy tool.". The description it gave search engines said: "Change your IP Address instantly with our anonymous online proxy service. Easily hide your IP while surfing and best of all it"
The company is describing itself there, preserved by a third party. It is the closest a reader gets to seeing what they signed up for. Marketing, not evidence of quality, but nobody can quietly revise it now.

None of it is a verdict on quality. It is the shape of a business that existed, which is worth establishing before anything else, because this market also contains names that never traded at all.
