Wandou (豌豆代理, wandouip.com) is a Chinese proxy company, and it is trading normally. It sells two things: the Wandou IP app (豌豆IP), which moves a whole phone or computer onto a server in a Chinese city, and Wandou HTTP (豌豆HTTP), short-lived proxy IPs for scrapers. A notice at the top of every page sets the scope: "豌豆仅提供国内节点，不提供境外节点，不能用于任何非法用途，不能访问境外网站及跨境联网。" In English, Wandou offers only nodes inside China, bans illegal use, and cannot reach websites abroad or connect across the border.
Wandou started in 2018 as "an Internet big-data proxy IP marketing app", in its own words. Its first archived homepage, from August 2018, offered 100+ nodes and listed web voting, download boosting and flash-sale buying among its uses. The HTTP proxy service was already in its menu then. A notice of February 2022 banned account registration and fake follows, likes, comments and volume, with a ban and no refund. Between January 2023 and February 2024 its homepage title changed from "dynamic" to "static" IP switching.
What Wandou costs
Every price below comes from its own pages, read on 27 September 2026. At the European Central Bank reference rates of 25 September 2026, one dollar bought 6.71 yuan, and the dollar figures use that rate.

Each membership covers one device at a time, and more devices cost extra. Payment goes through Alipay, WeChat Pay or a balance of Wandou coins at ¥1 each, and its WeChat account gives two free hours. The app used to cost more: in July 2019 one month was ¥118 and a year ¥888.
Wandou HTTP
The proxy service bills three ways: from a balance, by the day, or by the number of IPs. Its price list starts at ¥0.01 an IP when you pay per IP taken, and ¥0.02 when you pay per IP used. The final price appears only after you choose the IP lifetime, whitelist size, bandwidth and daily cap.
Top-ups carry a bonus, from ¥100 on ¥1,000 to ¥6,000 on ¥30,000. Five whitelisted addresses come with every plan, and more cost ¥50 for 30 days. The tunnel proxy, a fixed gateway that changes the exit for you, prints no price.
Free IPs come in two sizes. The HTTP homepage promises 10,000 a day after sign-up, and the API page offers 1,000 a day.
The fine print
China only. Every exit is inside mainland China, and the service cannot reach websites abroad. Its Google Play listing, in English, aims the app at Chinese users abroad who want Chinese video and music apps.
A real-name check. Since 1 April 2021 every account needs a real name, an ID card number and face recognition in the Alipay app. The notice cites the Cybersecurity Law of China, and the other Chinese sellers we read ask for the same.
No refunds. Clause 11.3 of its terms reads "本产品一经售出，概不退款": nothing is refunded once sold.
One device, one account. An account cannot run on several computers at once, and accounts may not be resold or shared.
Banned uses. The 2022 notice bans account registration, account farming and fake follows, likes, comments and volume. The HTTP homepage still lists voting and liking among its marketing uses, so read the notice, not the list.
Government requests. Clause 7.2 lets Wandou disclose any information that the law or the government requires, and Chinese law governs every dispute.
Short-lived IPs. HTTP plans hand out IPs that live 1 to 20 minutes. Access works through a whitelist of your own addresses, or a user name and password.
Its own numbers. Its pages speak of 30 million, 50 million and "tens of millions" of IPs, 99 percent availability and latency of 10 ms or less. We have tested none of these.
The company behind both sites is 南京偲言睿网络科技有限公司 in Nanjing, under the ICP filing 苏ICP备18014251号-1. Its footer also prints a licence number for virtual private network services, B1-20184101, which we did not check against the register.
Where Wandou is stronger
Coverage inside China. Its help pages claim servers in 31 provinces and municipalities, more than 3,000 of them. Its API picks a province or city and one of three big carriers: China Telecom, China Mobile or China Unicom.
Cheap short-lived IPs. At ¥0.01 an IP in its price list, a short scraping job costs little, and the free daily allowance covers a first test.
A whole-device app. For ¥25 a month the app moves a phone or computer into a Chinese city, with no proxy settings to type.
Local payment and support. Alipay, WeChat Pay, QQ and phone support in Chinese, and a licence number printed in its footer.
Where HProxy differs

Exits beyond China. Our residential pools list more than 200 countries, and our exits are not limited to Chinese websites. China is on the list for both pools, but this page makes no claim about how many exits we hold there.
Per gigabyte, no clock. Our purchased gigabytes have no scheduled expiry date. Lite targets by country at $0.50/GB for one gigabyte. Premium, our pool with state, city and ISP targeting, costs $1.49/GB for one gigabyte and $1.00/GB from 1,000 GB+.
Targeting and sessions. Wandou lets you pick one of three Chinese carriers, while Premium targets a single ISP network, a city or a state. Premium sticky sessions last from 3 minutes to 24 hours, where Wandou HTTP IPs live up to 20 minutes.
Payment and paperwork. We take cards, Alipay and thirty-two crypto options. We ask for no documents at sign-up or at an ordinary checkout, and our compliance page lists when we do.
Where we are behind. Inside China, Wandou has the denser network, carrier choice and prices in yuan. We sell proxy lines, not an app that moves a whole device into a Chinese city.

Qingguo prints the lowest floor per IP, and Kuaidaili prints its full prices without a login. Juliangip (巨量), another Chinese seller, draws its prices in the browser, so we could not read them; it requires real-name verification too. The units differ from ours: a job that loads small pages uses many IPs and few gigabytes, so price your own job both ways.
Who Wandou suits
It suits a buyer inside China with a Chinese ID who needs Chinese IPs for Chinese websites, games or apps, and pays by Alipay or WeChat. Its app also suits a phone user who wants a whole device in a Chinese city for ¥25 a month.
It suits you less if you need websites outside China, cannot pass the real-name check, or want a way back if the service disappoints. We found no independent review we could read.
Before you commit
Use the free allowance first: its API page offers 1,000 IPs a day, and its WeChat account gives the app two free hours. Our proxy checker shows whether an address answers, how fast, and from where, whoever sold it. The same checks run on the public proxies of our free proxy list.

The limits of this review
We did not test the Wandou network, so this page makes no claim about speed or success rates. We did not submit its price form, so the HTTP prices here are the unit prices of its price list, not quotes. The tunnel prints no price, and we did not check the licence number against the register. We found no independent review we could read: CSDN refused our reader, and the Internet Archive was offline at the time.
