Kuaidaili (快代理, kuaidaili.com) is a proxy provider from China, run by a Beijing company since 2013. It sells China IPs by the month, the hour or the batch, and residential IPs outside China from ¥21 a GB. Every free test and every purchase needs a real-name check first, which it bases on the Cybersecurity Law of China. Prices below are in yuan, as printed on 27 September 2026. It claims more than 10 million residential IPs a day outside China, in 200+ countries. Inside China, it claims IPs in 310+ cities. Those counts are its own; we did not test them.
The fine print
- The real-name check. Its docs cite the Cybersecurity Law of China: a provider may not serve a user who gives no real identity. A free test or a purchase therefore needs a check. People verify by an Alipay or WeChat face scan, or by a passport plus an international payment. Companies send documents or a bank transfer.
- Payment. Bank transfer, Alipay and WeChat. International cards are for users outside China only, with a fee of 4.6% plus ¥2.35 on each order.
- Refunds. Weekly plans within 72 hours, monthly and yearly plans within 120 hours, for the unused time. The money goes back the way it came, minus a fee, within 6 working days.
- Traffic windows. One table gives a traffic pack up to 360 days. Another gives the same size 30 days, and the 1 GB pack 7 days.
- Use rules. Its compliance page says violations are monitored, and that it works with law enforcement on them.
Where Kuaidaili is the stronger choice
- China IPs for Chinese sites, in volume: tunnel proxies and short-lived IPs across 310+ cities, by its own count.
- Cheap batches of short-lived China IPs, from ¥48 per 10,000.
- Residential traffic outside China at ¥21 a GB, once you buy 110 GB.
- Support in Chinese around the clock, and payment by Alipay and WeChat.

We screen card payments too, and we ask for identification when a payment looks wrong or the law requires it. The difference is the default: an ordinary order with us needs no documents.

Which one to pick
- You scrape Chinese sites at scale and can pass the real-name check: Kuaidaili is built for that job.
- You want residential IPs outside China with no documents at sign-up: a seller such as ours, where the balance never expires.
- You need city or ISP targeting from one GB: our Premium pool at $1.49 for one GB.
- You pay with Alipay: both Kuaidaili and we take it.

The limits of this record
We did not buy from Kuaidaili, so nothing here measures its network, and we did not try the passport route. Its pool counts are its own claims. Two of its tables disagree on how long traffic packs last. Prices are in yuan as printed, not converted, and this page is due for a check by 27 December 2026.
