Searches around Naraka: Bladepoint ask where the servers are, how to change server and about high ping, going by Google autocomplete. This page answers from the official General FAQ, the notice to Vietnamese players, the NetEase user agreement and privacy policy, and a banned players list. We read them on 28 September 2026. The short answer: the account creation server cannot be changed, and crossplay needs the same regional server. The user agreement bars cheats and account transfers.
Servers and accounts
The General FAQ, dated 13 July 2023, answers the server question directly. "The account creation server cannot be changed." It adds that "the account created is bound to the platform and storefront it was created on". An Epic Games account is not the same as a Steam account.
Crossplay has one condition. Players "can form teams and add players as friends from across different platforms, provided that they are on the same regional server". Accounts do not move either: the FAQ says it is "not possible to transfer your account between platforms".
The Vietnam change
On 14 December 2025 the Naraka team told players in Vietnam:
- "The NARAKA: BLADEPOINT Store page on Steam will be removed in Vietnam starting Dec 21". A version from VNGGames launched on 30 December 2025.
- Current Steam players keep the game in their library and can play as usual.
- The two versions "use separate account systems", and "account transfers from Steam to the VNG version are currently unavailable".
- Both still "share the Southeast Asia server region".
Anti-cheat and bans
The FAQ says "you must temporarily turn off memory integrity in Windows while playing NARAKA: BLADEPOINT" so that its anti-cheat works "as intended". The official site keeps a banned players list, and the team rewards players who report cheaters with in-game items.
What the NetEase user agreement says
The user agreement that Steam shows for the game was last updated on 10 August 2023. By using the services you agree that you will not:
- "use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software";
- "reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes" any part of the services;
- transfer virtual currency or items once you buy them, unless otherwise specified.
You "may not transfer your account", or share your account information with others. If NetEase finds a breach, or "we reasonably detect suspicious activity on your account", it may act against the account. The agreement does not mention VPNs or proxies. The privacy policy lists "Location information (city / country / region based on IP address" among the data collected.

The limits of this page
We did not play Naraka: Bladepoint or test a proxy or VPN against it. The official pages we read give no list of server locations and say nothing about ping, so this page does not answer those searches. We found no official page on Naraka in India. The General FAQ dates from 2023. This page is due for a check by 28 December 2026.
