Nsocks alternatives without a minimum spend

Weighing up Nsocks? What is actually published, what it does not tell you, and how to settle the decision on your own target for a few dollars.

Free proxies won't hold up here.

Shared datacenter IPs get flagged and dropped fast. When it has to hold, gaming, streaming, accounts, you need mobile and residential IPs that read as a real device, from $0.44/GB, pay as you go.

Residential proxies

If you are comparing Nsocks against anything else, the first thing to fix is units. A per-gigabyte rate against a per-address rate is not a comparison, and half the proxy provider market prices in a different unit to the other half.

Everything we can stand behind

Their site is nsocks.net.

We price the providers we can source and date, and Nsocks is not currently one of them. The rest of this page is about what to check when you read their pricing yourself.

The four figures worth copying down are the rate without a commitment, the smallest purchase allowed, what happens to unspent balance, and whether a failed request still costs money.

The site, as it reads today

On 9 September 2026 the site introduced itself as "Just a moment...".

Also on the page, stated plainly:

We found no separate pricing page linked from the homepage, which usually means the price arrives by quotation.

Every line above is a quotation from their marketing rather than a measurement by us. It is included because it is checkable, not because it is evidence of performance.

Age, and why it matters here

The domain was registered on 14 January 2022, through Web Commerce Communications Limited dba WebNic.cc, which makes it about 4 years old. We pulled that from the registry on 9 September 2026. The Internet Archive holds 27 snapshots of the site, the earliest from July 2022. The current registration term ends 14 January 2027.

None of it predicts success rate. It is here because domain age and archive depth are free to check, and a provider whose public record starts last quarter deserves a smaller first order.

The same brand also appears at nsocks.com and nsocks.io. Sibling domains are normal in this market and are worth knowing about, because support, terms and even the network behind them are not always the same.

What the search data says about Nsocks

Worldwide, the brand carries about 20 searches a month: 10 a month for an alternative to them and 10 a month for a review of them. Figures read from Google Keyword Planner on 9 September 2026.

The largest share is people looking for a way out, which is the honest starting point for a page like this one.

At up to $5.30 a click, these are expensive words. Worth remembering when a review ranks first and happens to recommend whoever pays the most.

What a pricing page leaves out

A country count is not coverage

Almost every provider claims almost every country. What differs is depth, and depth decides whether a single city or a single carrier is usable. No published figure tells you that.

Who pays for the requests that fail

Divide the spend by the successful responses, not by the requests sent. That single change reorders most price comparisons in this market, and your accounting will use it eventually anyway.

The limit that stops the job

Bandwidth is rarely the constraint on a real workload. Concurrent connections, requests per second and per-session caps are, and they are frequently buried in the documentation rather than the pricing page.

The rows that decide it

Here are the comparisons that survive contact with a real workload:

A table like this can rank the things that are written down. It cannot rank the thing that matters most, which is how the network behaves against the site you care about.

The measurement that outranks every review

This costs less than a coffee and produces the only evidence that applies to your workload.

  1. Put a few dollars on each account. Trials are fine for a first look, but paid traffic is what you will actually be buying.
  2. Run them against the site you actually care about, using the code you actually run, within the same hour.
  3. Track the success rate and the bandwidth. A cheap gigabyte that fails half the time is not cheap.
  4. Run a sample of the addresses through an independent lookup, because advertised geography and actual geography differ more often than the market admits.
  5. Choose on the measurement, not the marketing, and expect the answer to change within a year.

Comparable providers

We hold the same record for these, and the same honest limits apply to each:

Our own position

Our end of it is a wallet, four proxy types and no contract. Residential begins at $0.44 per GB and the balance does not expire. The free proxy list and checker are open to anyone, and they are the fastest way to see how we treat measurement before you spend anything.

Frequently asked questions

Is a cheaper provider usually worse?
Not reliably. Price in this market reflects the supply model and the sales overhead as much as the network. What price does not tell you is the success rate on your target, and that is the figure that decides whether the cheaper option was cheap or expensive. Measure before assuming either way.
How is HProxy different?
The models differ more than the products do. HProxy is pay as you go from a balance you top up when you want, the balance does not expire, there is no subscription unless the optional discount suits you, and residential starts at $0.44 per GB with city and ISP targeting included. Whether that beats a tiered plan depends on your usage pattern, which a short test settles.
Do I have to talk to sales or sign a contract to switch?
Not with us. You can sign up, add funds and send traffic without a call, a minimum or a subscription. Whether another provider requires any of those is on their own pricing page and is worth reading, because a required commitment is part of the price even when it is not part of the rate.
How often should I re-test a provider?
Quarterly is a reasonable rhythm for most workloads, and immediately after a noticeable drop in success rate. Pools are rebuilt, suppliers change and detection improves, so a benchmark from last year describes a network that no longer exists.
Does a bigger pool mean better results?
No. Your job meets only the exits it draws, in the countries it needs, against one target's defences. Freshness and rotation policy move the outcome far more than the headline total, and pool totals across this market are counted generously and rarely audited.

Proxies that don't die mid-job

Residential, ISP, datacenter and mobile, verified by the same engine that runs tens of millions of checks. They read as a real device and hold up under load. Pay as you go, and your balance never expires. $0.44/GB is the 2,000 GB+ rate; a single gigabyte is $0.50/GB, with no minimum order.
