NSOCKS is trading, and it works differently from most proxy providers. Instead of a pool, it shows a live list of individual SOCKS5 addresses and rents each one for 24 hours, from $0.40 a day. Refunds cover only an address that dies within hours, and they go back to your balance. On 26 September 2026 nsocks.net answered our server with a Cloudflare challenge, so we read the same shop on its mirror, nsocks.tv. The options that work without a list are in the alternatives table.

It is an established shop with a named company in its terms. Its model suits a narrow kind of buyer, and the fine print explains which.
How NSOCKS works, and what it costs
You register, top up a balance, then search the list of addresses online now. The filters cover country, state, city, ZIP code, ISP, domain and connection type. You buy a single address, and it runs for 24 hours from payment. Auto-renewal extends it by another 24 hours while it stays online.

Its FAQ in May 2026 listed SOCKS4, SOCKS5, HTTP and HTTPS, and its pages today offer UDP over SOCKS5. It also advertises mobile, static and ISP addresses, an Android app and a Tor version of the site.
The fine print that decides the cost
A day at a time. "The proxy servers are provided for a period of 24 hours, starting upon receipt of the payment". Keeping an address longer means paying for each further day, and an address that goes offline cannot be renewed until it is back.
Refunds are narrow. A dead address can be refunded with a button within 2 hours, or by ticket within 5 hours. Its terms refuse a refund for "high fraudscore", "open ports found", "blacklisted", "proxy block on a specific site" or "auto-renewed by mistake". The money goes back to your balance only.
Mistakes cost extra. A mistaken transfer is refunded only from $150, and "A flat fee of $50 is deducted". The terms also say: "We do not refund any amount of deposit for account activation".
Payment is checked. Every payment passes an anti-money-laundering check by a third party before it reaches your balance. The company may also ask what you use the proxies for.
Rules and data. Spam is blocked, with mail ports closed, and brute force, scanners and public sharing are prohibited. The site says: "We do not collect any personal data, no proxy logs". Its sign-up form says "No email required!", while the terms mention a contact email.
Hong Kong law. The terms, a "Public Offer" by Avesa Limited, resolve disputes under "the norms and laws of the Special Autonomous Region of Hong Kong".
Where the addresses come from
The NSOCKS pages we read describe no consent program and no partner network. Its homepage says: "We obtain our addresses directly from actual ISPs through their natural traffic patterns and authentic authentication signatures." It adds that it checks every address against blacklists before listing it. We did not measure the list, and the counts are its own.
NSOCKS alternatives
NSOCKS sells one address for one day. The alternatives below solve the same job in two other ways: a static address rented longer, or a residential pool that holds an address for you. Figures come from each pricing page, read on 26 September 2026.

Where NSOCKS is the better buy
You choose the exact address. The list shows location, ISP and speed before you pay. A pool does not let you pick one address in advance.
Very short rentals. One address for one day, from $0.40, suits a quick check where a month would be waste.
Several protocols. Its FAQ listed SOCKS4 as well as SOCKS5 and HTTP, and it offers UDP over SOCKS5. Our Premium pool relays UDP through SOCKS5 too, but we do not offer SOCKS4.
Where HProxy is the better fit
Clear payment. We take cards, 32 crypto assets and networks, Alipay, Pix and more, listed on our payment options page.
A registered company in Germany. HProxy is run by Obsidian UG in Herford, named with its register number in our imprint. NSOCKS names Avesa Limited in Hong Kong in its terms.
An address for longer than a day. Our static ISP addresses rent by the week, the month or three months, with unlimited bandwidth.
Targeting without hunting. Our Premium pool, $1.49 per GB for a first gigabyte, finds an address in the state, city or network you ask for, and holds it for 3 minutes to 24 hours. Nothing to pick from a list.
Money back, not only credit. Our refund policy returns unspent balance and unrouted residential traffic to the original payment method within 14 days. NSOCKS refunds a dead address to its balance.

The limits of this record
nsocks.net answered our server with a Cloudflare challenge on 26 September 2026, and we did not try to get past it. We read the same shop on nsocks.tv, whose text names nsocks.net, and compared it with the homepage archived on 31 May 2026. The current pages do not restate the $50 first deposit, and they mention card payment in one place and not in another.
We did not test its addresses, and its counts, speeds and sourcing are its own claims. The Trustpilot figure is from 2022, the only archived copy. This page is due for a check by 26 December 2026.
