A 24-hour test with every feature costs 20 rubles, and a test of a private port 90 rubles a day. The addresses come from five Russian carriers and are located in Saint Petersburg.
The fine print that decides the cost
Refunds shrink fast. A full refund needs the proxy to be without a connection for more than three days. Otherwise the offer keeps 10% on day one and 5% plus the days used on days two to seven, and refunds nothing after that.
A swap within 24 hours. A proxy that does not suit can be replaced within 24 hours of purchase, through a support ticket.
Blocked sites. The offer blocks the sites of banks, payment systems, government bodies and bookmakers, and the rules close access to Instagram and Facebook.
No resale. Reselling or passing on the IPs is forbidden.
Russian law. The offer falls under the laws of the Russian Federation.

A channel of your own. Its private channel is used by you alone, and the IP changes on demand through an API.
Where HProxy is the better fit
Mobile outside Russia. Our mobile proxies are targeted by country and billed by the gigabyte, from 1 GB.
SOCKS5 as well as HTTP. Our mobile and residential proxies work over HTTP and SOCKS5. IParchitect names HTTP and HTTPS only.
Unspent money comes back. Our refund policy returns wallet top-ups you have not spent within 14 days, to the card or crypto wallet that paid. IParchitect keeps a fee from the first day and refunds nothing after seven days.
A company in the EU. Our imprint names Obsidian UG in Herford, Germany. IParchitect is run under Russian law and blocks some sites, among them Instagram and Facebook.

The limits of this record
We did not test IParchitect, so nothing here grades speed or success. Its prices are in rubles, and we did not convert them. We could not read its older pages, because the Internet Archive was offline, and we did not check the company in the Russian register. This page is due for a check by 27 December 2026.
