A residential proxy for Saudi Arabia gives you an IP from a Saudi internet provider. Saudi sites then treat your requests as a visit from Saudi Arabia. Use it for jobs that need a local view: prices and stock on Saudi stores, local search results, and checks in one city.
Three facts shape the purchase. Two companies, STC and Mobily, hold 78.6% of the country's IPv4 addresses. Three in four Saudi users can use IPv6. And free Saudi proxies barely exist: our list had 2 working ones on October 25, 2026. Our residential proxies target Saudi Arabia at $0.50/GB for one GB.
Which networks does a Saudi IP come from?
RIPE NCC, the internet registry for Europe and the Middle East, lists every block of addresses it gives out, with the holder's country. Its file, with records to October 24, 2026, lists 11,237,696 IPv4 addresses for Saudi Arabia, in 627 blocks held by 209 holders:
STC holds 5,910,272 addresses under two records, and Mobily 2,927,616. The registry names STC's two records for home lines: "Riyadh-Residential-Fixed-Broadband" and "Madinah-Residential-Fixed-Broadband".
After the two leaders come much smaller records: SA-FAISALIAH, Cyberia, DMM-FTTH, ITC and Etihad Atheeb. The ten largest records have 92.8% of the space. The 186 holders with 16,384 addresses or fewer share 2.8%.
How fast did Saudi Arabia move to IPv6?
Fast. APNIC Labs measures what share of users can reach sites over IPv6, the newer address system:
In October 2020, 22.3% of Saudi users could use IPv6. By October 23, 2026, the share was 74.6%, so three in four Saudi users can now reach sites over IPv6.
How big are the Saudi pools sellers advertise?
The registry gives you a yardstick: 11.2 million IPv4 addresses for all of Saudi Arabia. We read five sellers' Saudi pages through our server on October 25, 2026:
| Seller | Advertised | Of Saudi IPv4 |
|---|---|---|
| Bright Data | 1,666,567 | 14.8% |
| Shifter | 1.2 million+ | 10.7% |
| DataImpulse | 875,331 | 7.8% |
Two counts sit on Bright Data's page: 1,666,567 proxy IPs in its title, 416,641 Saudi Arabia IPs in its text. The second is a quarter of the first.
DataImpulse's number counts the IPs seen in 30 days. The same page shows 128,493 seen in 24 hours and 15,796 active at once, so its 30-day count is 55 times its active count. Oxylabs' page drew its text by script and our server read 2 words of it. Decodo's Saudi page answered 404.
Before you compare pools, ask a seller what a number counts, and over how many days. We do not publish a pool size per country ourselves.
What can you do with a Saudi IP?
Google's help page says "IP addresses are roughly based on geography", and your location "helps to show you nearby results". With a Saudi address, sites show you what they show people in Saudi Arabia:
- Prices and stock. Read the prices, offers and stock that Saudi stores show to local shoppers.
- Search results. Track rankings and local results as a searcher in Saudi Arabia sees them.
- City checks. See what a site shows in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, with Residential Premium.
- Ad checks. Confirm that a Saudi campaign appears in Saudi Arabia, and how it looks there.
Residential Lite targets the country at the lowest rate. Residential Premium adds city and network targeting. Our page on Saudi proxies lists 33 cities in 11 regions and 9 networks, from the Premium pool lists of October 9, 2026.
A proxy changes your IP and nothing else. A site's own rules still apply to your work. Detection services list residential proxies too: MaxMind's Anonymous IP database has a flag for them. Our guide to how websites detect proxies covers the other checks.
Why are there almost no free Saudi proxies?
Our collector reads the free proxy lists published online. Since May 13, 2026, it has seen 232 Saudi addresses on those lists, and only 39 of them ever worked. On October 25, just 2 were working, and both ran on cloud networks, Oracle and Alibaba. An IP reputation check had flagged both.
So a free Saudi proxy is rare, short-lived and already known as a proxy. Use one only to test your code. Our free proxy list for Saudi Arabia shows whatever is working now.
How do you pay from Saudi Arabia?
Two ways work at our checkout:
- Card, from $10. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
- Crypto, from $3. Our guide to buying proxies with crypto shows what each network charges to send a payment.
Both ways fund one balance, and the balance never expires. PayPal is not offered at our checkout. Our payment options page lists every method.
How many GB does a Saudi job use?
Count the pages first. HTTP Archive's Web Almanac 2024 put the median desktop page at 2,652 KB and the median mobile page at 2,311 KB. At those sizes, one GB holds roughly 380 full desktop page loads.
Text-only requests use far less. Run twenty typical pages through the proxy, check the traffic in the dashboard, and scale from there.
Which one should you buy?
For most Saudi jobs, buy Residential Lite with Saudi Arabia as the country, at $0.50/GB for one GB and $0.44 per GB at volume. Free Saudi proxies lose: there are almost none, and those we found were flagged. Choose Residential Premium when the job needs a city, a network or a sticky session of up to 24 hours. It costs $1.49/GB for one GB and $1.00 per GB at volume. Our residential proxies page has the full price list.
What this page could not check
- We tested no speed, success rate or block rate, on any network, ours included.
- We do not publish which Saudi networks our own exits come from, or how many there are.
- RIPE NCC's file counts addresses given out, which is neither the addresses in use nor a count of users.
- Seller pool numbers are as advertised on October 25, 2026. We could not check what each one counts.
- Two working free proxies are too few for shares, so this page gives counts only.
- We will check every number on this page again by January 25, 2027.
