AstroProxy (astroproxy.com), which calls itself Astro, sells rotating residential, mobile 4G/5G and datacenter proxies by the gigabyte, plus a fee for each port. On 12 October 2026 residential traffic cost $7.30 a GB prepaid and mobile $13.14, the rates its pricing page has shown since at least December 2023. Its page title says "From $2/GB", and the file it publishes for AI assistants lists residential traffic from $0.10. Its KYC policy names CyberZilla LLC. The comparison prices the first gigabyte of residential traffic at five other sellers.

The smallest order is 100 MB: $0.73 of residential traffic, $1.31 of mobile or $0.37 of datacenter. A prepaid port runs until its traffic is used or for 30 days, and a top-up extends it. On pay as you go, a port costs $0.10 to create and traffic is billed per 10 MB; a port left idle for 45 days moves to an archive and is deleted 14 days later. It takes e-wallets, crypto and bank cards.
Every proxy rotates: "All proxies are dynamic (rotating)", with a new address by timer, connection or request, over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5, targeted by country, city and provider. The free test gives new users $3 to spend once they sign up with an email address and a phone number and ask support for it on Telegram or Facebook.

The title's $2 matches no rate on the page; $3.65, the datacenter rate, less the 45% discount the page advertises comes to $2.01. The same page says bulk orders and top-ups cut costs "by up to 45%", while its FAQ says "You can spare up to 25% on proxy pricing". The llms.txt file, which sites publish for AI assistants, also lists mobile traffic from $0.15 and datacenter from $0.05. It promises "Rotating and sticky sessions", where the site says every proxy rotates. Its comparison page sets the minimum order at "$0.10 (100MB)", against $0.73 for 100 MB of residential traffic on the pricing page. We priced this page from the pricing page.
That comparison page also says Bright Data has no pay-as-you-go option and a $500 monthly minimum. Bright Data's own price page sells residential traffic pay as you go, at $8 a GB with "No commitment".

Proxyway's test also found mobile IPs in 27 countries and datacenter IPs in 59, and calls the seller "an Armenia-based proxy service established in 2018". The domain was registered on 17 July 2018.
Who runs it
The terms, last updated on 8 December 2023, call the seller "The private company incorporated under the laws and regulations of the local authority" without naming it. They refer to the Republic of Armenia's law on telecommunications. The KYC policy of 8 October 2025 names "CyberZilla LLC". OpenCorporates lists three companies with CyberZilla in their name, in Cyprus, Texas and Kentucky, all inactive, and we found nothing tying any of them to AstroProxy. The site runs in English, Ukrainian, Armenian, Chinese and Russian. Its partners page lists 29 partners. Thirteen are antidetect browsers; the others are three account sellers, two CAPTCHA services, two card and payment services, two Telegram tools, two "Cloaking" tools, two "White Pages" services, a cloud phone, an ad tool and an automation tool.
Every client is verified. The KYC policy asks for contact and business details, which "get checked through independent sources such as business registers", and an ID check can follow; the home page names Sumsub as its verification partner.
A refund of a top-up can be asked for within 14 days. Money spent on ports comes back only if they were bought within the last 3 days and used for no more than 1 GB. Approved refunds take up to 14 banking days, less the payment fees and the share already used.
One gigabyte at six sellers
Bright Data sells residential access only to registered companies that pass its KYC, since July 2026, at $8 a GB pay as you go. Decodo charges $4 a GB pay as you go and $3.50 a GB in a 10 GB plan, with 14 days to ask for a refund. Webshare's 1 GB plan costs $3.50 a month against a $7 list price, and Rayobyte charges $3.50 a GB up to 49 GB. DataImpulse sells traffic at $1 a GB that does not expire, from $5. For mobile traffic, AstroProxy's $13.14 a GB compares with the $8 Bright Data showed in its last archived mobile price list, of April 2026.
Where HProxy fits
We sell residential proxies by the gigabyte, with no expiry on the traffic. Our Lite pool rotates on every request from $0.44 per GB, and Premium adds city and ISP targeting and sticky sessions of up to 24 hours from $1.00 per GB. Our residential proxies page has the details.
Which one to pick
- AstroProxy for mobile 4G/5G addresses by carrier in small amounts, from 100 MB, if its KYC suits you.
- Decodo or Webshare for residential traffic at $3.50 to $4 for the first gigabyte.
- DataImpulse for the lowest residential rate here, $1 a GB with no expiry.
- Bright Data for a registered company that passes its KYC and wants its 400M+ residential IPs.
What we could not find out
We bought nothing and tested no proxy, so speed and success rates stay the sellers' claims. We cannot say which of AstroProxy's three published rates a buyer pays at checkout; the price list shown to logged-in users may differ. We found no register entry for CyberZilla LLC that we could tie to AstroProxy. AstroProxy's rates get a fresh read from us by 12 January 2027.
