Why the card minimum is higher
Card payments carry a fixed processing cost per transaction on top of a percentage, so a very small card charge costs more to process than it is worth. The floor is ten dollars, against three for crypto and Alipay. If you top up below the floor the charge is raised to it and the whole amount is credited to your balance, so you never pay a fee for nothing.
Nothing renews on its own
Paying by card does not enrol you in anything. You fund a balance and it sits there until you spend it. Recurring billing exists as a deliberate choice for people who want it, not as the default that quietly renews, and it is not the same thing as a top-up.

FAQ
Card payment questions, answered
Which cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and the other major networks supported by our payment processor.
What is the minimum card payment?
Ten dollars, higher than the three dollar crypto and Alipay floors because card processing carries a fixed cost per transaction. A smaller amount is raised to the floor and credited in full.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card details are handled by the payment processor on their own page. We see the outcome of the payment, not the card.
Will I be charged again automatically?
Not unless you deliberately set up a recurring plan. A top-up is a one-off that funds a balance which does not expire.
